新しい日に感謝しましょう。「自分の持ち物を一切捨てないならば、あなたがたのだれ一人としてわたしの弟子ではありえない」（ルカ14:25-33）。あなたの人生で諦めるのが難しいものは何でしょうか。持っている物の大きさではなく、それらがどれほど支配しているかが問題です。テクノロジーはしばしばある種の中毒を生み出し、わたしたちの関係を表面的なものでいっぱいにしてしまう場合があります。テクノロジーを秩序ある仕方で使いましょう。キリストのミッションの忠実な弟子となるために何から解放されなければならないか気づくことができるよう、聖霊に助けを願いましょう。今日、教皇の意向に心を合わせ、他者に与える人になりましょう。天におられる…

日中イエスと共に
感謝に満ちた心でこの午後を始めましょう。「テクノロジーを人間に合わせるのではなく人間が『テクノロジー化』される危険はすでに現実になっています。『人工知能』と呼ばれるものは、軽率にも本来人間のものであるはずの能力までも与えられているのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。あなたは他者との関係を豊かなものにするためにテクノロジーを用いていますか。テクノロジーがあなたの人間らしさを奪うことをゆるしてはいけません。我々は、最後には人間を大切にすることを優先しなくてはならないのです。新たな気持ちで一日を始めましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
Give thanks for a new day. “He who does not renounce all his possessions cannot be my disciple” (Luke 14:25-33). What is difficult to give up in your life? It is not about large or small assets you own, but how much they own you. Technology often creates a certain addiction and can fill our relationships with superficiality. Use technology in an orderly fashion. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you recognize what you must release to be a faithful disciple of Christ’s mission. Start the day with a grateful heart. “The risk of man being ‘technologized’, instead of humanized technique, is already real: so-called ‘intelligent machines’ are hastily attributed capacities that are properly human” (Pope Francis). Do you use technology to enrich your connections with others? Don’t let technology dehumanize you. We must prioritize valuing human beings in the end. Relaunch your day.

Take a deep breath and compose yourself. Take some time to be alone with Jesus. Have you prioritized keeping peace in your heart? Have you taken care of your neighbors? Do you want to ask God for forgiveness for anything? Be at peace right now and ask God to embrace you in his love. Write down your purpose for tomorrow. Hail Mary…
