与え分かち合う新しい一日をくださり、ありがとうございます。「無理にでも人々を連れて来て、この家をいっぱいにしてくれ」（ルカ14:1、15-24）。テクノロジーのもたらす快適さは、わたしたちの心をを人生の基本――喜んで迎えること、耳を傾けること、分かち合うこと、祝うこと――からそらしてしまうことがあります。イエスは自分を分かち合うよう、すべての人を招き続けます。主の招きを無視してはなりません。寛大な分かち合いによって、あなたの心の中に饗宴が開かれるのです。今日、教皇の今月の意向を胸に、あなたと人生を共にする人たちに注意を向けましょう。天におられる…

この午後、休憩を取りましょう。「『人工知能』という言葉が誤解を招くことがあるということは重要です。この言葉の背後には、実用本位の機械的動きは、知り、行動するという人間の特権からはいまだ性質上程遠いのだという事実が隠れているのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。イエスが我々の生活の中心である時、わたしたちの心に意味が与えられます。わたしたちの心に意味がある時、心は隣人に仕えるためにわたしたちを開放するのです。今日の意向を生活の中で惜しみなく続けてください。

With Jesus in the morning
Thank you for a new day to give and share. “Insist on them until they come in and my house is full” (Luke 14:1,15-24). The comfort of technology can distract us from the fundamentals of life: welcoming, listening, sharing, and celebrating. Jesus continues to invite all to share themselves with him. Do not ignore his invitation. In each generous sharing, a banquet opens in your heart. With Jesus during the day
Take a break this afternoon. “It should be noted that the term ‘artificial intelligence’ can be misleading. The terms hide the fact that functional automatisms are still qualitatively distant from the human prerogatives of knowing and acting” (Pope Francis). When Jesus is at the center of our lives, it gives meaning to our hearts. When our heart has meaning, it opens us to the service of our neighbor. Please continue generously bringing the intention of this day to life.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. How do you feel at this moment? Ask Jesus to show you the little details of gratuitous love. What moments have been meaningful to you? Take a moment to give thanks and savor these thoughts and feelings. Tomorrow, start the day remembering the love you have received so you can give to others. Hail Mary…
