午後の休憩を取りましょう。「人間の自由はテクノロジーに限界を定め、より健全で人間らしく、社会的で包括的な発展の役に立つように方向付け、位置付けることができるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。人間に取って代わる「テクノロジー化」は限界を受け入れず、限りない発展を信じる心にその原因があります。いつも改善したり変わったりしていくわけではない現実を受け入れることを評価し、喜んで受け入れることが必要です。特に敬意を示し感謝することは重要です。あなたとあなたの周囲の人達に現実が与える限界を受け入れていますか。今日の活動を再開しましょう。

Take a break this afternoon. “Human freedom is capable of limiting technology, orienting it and placing it at the service of another type of healthier, more humane, more social, more comprehensive progress” (Pope Francis). The “technologicalization” that replaces man has its roots in a heart that does not accept limits and believes in unlimited progress.
