「お前も平和への道をわきまえていたなら……」（ルカ19:41-44）。わたしは新しい一日を始めます。わたしは命に感謝しており、聴く準備ができています。「わたしたちは自らの意志を行いますが、人生の中で意志を行う道は、わたしたちを頑なにする道です。心は頑なになり、石のようになり、主のみ言葉は入ってこなくなります。…そして今日、わたしたちは、自分自身に訊くことができます。『わたしは主の御声を聞いているだろうか。それともわたしは自分がしたいこと、好きなことをしているのだろうか』」（教皇フランシスコ）。自分の心の中を見つめ、そこに何があるかを探りましょう。そこに平和はありますか。平和をもたらす主のみ言葉に耳を傾けましょう。天におられる…

忙しい一日の中で数分立ち止まり、心に休息を与えましょう。「人間が、その人固有の知識、意志、自由そして責任が認識され、重んじられるのでなければ、世の中のために働くことを要求されてはなりません」（教皇フランシスコ）。あなたとあなたの隣人の能力は神からの贈り物であり、正当に認められ、尊重されるべきものです。人間関係における平安は、神の愛のしるしとして人を愛すること、テクノロジーの進化を共通善のために使うことを必要とします。あなたのそばにいる人たちに対して具体的な愛の行動を取りましょう。それから、一日を再開しましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
“If you only understood what can lead to peace” (Luke 19:41-44). I start the day, I am grateful for life, I prepare to listen: “We do our will, but doing this on the path of life we follow a path of hardening: the heart hardens, it petrifies; and the Word of the Lord does not enter … And today, we can ask ourselves: ‘Do I hear the voice of the Lord, or do I do what I want, what I like?’” (Pope Francis). With Jesus during the day
Stop the rush of the day for a few minutes, to give rest to the heart. “Human beings cannot be required to make a commitment to the world if their peculiar capacities of knowledge, will, freedom and responsibility are not recognized and valued at the same time” (Pope Francis). Your abilities and those of your neighbor are gifts from God and deserve appreciation and respect. Peace in relationships calls for loving people as signs of God’s love and using technological advances for the common good. Make a concrete gesture of love with whom you are close to. Then, relaunch your day.

Pick yourself up today. Be grateful for any special grace received. Look at your feelings as you are this evening. Did you feel sad or lonely throughout the day? How have you been reacting? Talk to your Father about those difficult moments and give them over to transform them into service to others. Specify a purpose and ask God for help to carry it out. Hail Mary…
