自分の心をイエスのみ心と調和させるために、午後の休憩を取りましょう。「現実とその限界に目を向ける時が来ています。現実の限界はまた、より多くの実りをもたらす人間と社会の発展の可能性でもあるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。現実は、害をもたらすことのないよう、尊重されるべき限界を持っています。あなたはこの限界を受け入れていますか。隣人の「否」という返事を受け入れていますか。状況が与える可能性に敬意を払っていますか。それとも無理にやり通そうとしていますか。現実の状況を受け入れ、み旨の通りになるようにしましょう。一日を再開しましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
“To everyone who has, it will be given; but from the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away” (Luke 19: 11-28). At the beginning of this new day, listen to the Lord. “All the goods that we have received are to be given to others, and that is how they grow. It is as if he were saying to us: ‘Here is my mercy, my tenderness, my forgiveness: take them and use them abundantly'” (Pope Francis). What do you have today to present to the Lord? With Jesus during the day
Take the afternoon break to put your heart in tune with that of Jesus. “The time has come to pay attention to reality with the limits it imposes, which in turn are the possibility of a healthier and more fruitful human and social development” (Pope Francis). Reality has limits that ask to be respected, so as not to harm. Do you accept the limits or do you accept the “no” of your neighbor?
