「自分の命を生かそうと努める者は、それを失い、それを失う者は、かえって保つのである」（ルカ17：26-37）。この一日の始まりに、主に感謝を捧げつつ、主に奉仕するために、自らの生活を捧げましょう。あなたの人生が他の人々への絶え間ない贈り物となるように、主の聖霊の力と愛を願い求めましょう。与えられたいのちは他の人々にいのちを与えるものなのです。何を与え分かち合うように招かれていると感じますか。自由な心で神の御国に奉仕するために、どのような恐れ、愛着、快適を手放すべきだと思いますか。あなたの自由を奪い、他の人々とあなたの人生を分かち合うことを妨げるものに固執してはなりません。教皇の今月の意向のために、今日一日のあなたの生活をお捧げしましょう。天におられる…

この午後、イエスと出会うために、少し休憩を取りましょう。「みことばと信仰の伝統が、わたしたちを取り巻く世界の現象を解釈し、人間化の道、すなわち愛の福音化の道を見きわめ、人々とともにこの世を旅するのを助けてくれるように、わたしたちは信者としてのチャレンジを受け入れなければなりません」（教皇フランシスコ）。物事は人々に役立つべきであり、その逆であってはなりません。あなたの人生の中心に置かれたものは何ですか。自分の仕事、経済的・技術的な成功、また成長は、あなたの人生の中で、どのような場所を占めていますか。心の中でイエスのいのちを勝ち取るためには、この世の論理を失う必要があります。残りの一日を再開しましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
“Whoever tries to save his life will lose it; and whoever loses it will keep it” (Luke 17:26-37). At dawn of this day thank the Lord and offer your life to serve Him. Ask for the strength and love of his Spirit so that your life is a constant gift for others, because the life given gives life to others. What things do you feel invited to give and share? What fears, attachments and comforts should you let go of to serve the Kingdom in freedom? Do not hold on to things that take away your freedom and prevent you from sharing your life with others. With Jesus during the day
Take a break this afternoon to meet Jesus. “We must allow ourselves to be challenged as believers, so that the Word and Tradition of faith help us to interpret the phenomena of our world, identifying paths of humanization, and therefore of loving evangelization, to travel them together” (Pope Francis). Things should serve people and not the other way around. What do you put at the center of your life? What place do your job, economic and technical success, and growth occupy in your life? We must lose the logic of the world to win the life of Jesus in our hearts. Relaunch your day.

With Jesus in the night
Review the day. Be grateful for the moments that have given you peace and joy. Remember them and enjoy them again. Ask God to show you what challenges you faced today. How did you respond to them? Did you act with freedom, feeling love, hope and trust for what you lived? Did you feel restless? Learning from what you have experienced today, ask for tomorrow the grace your day will need to act with inner freedom. Hail Mary…
