With Jesus in the morning
Receive the new day by offering your life for the mission of Christ as Mary did, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God” (Luke 1:26-38). Your life as an apostle should reflect the welcome, care and tenderness of God, especially where there is most need. Pope Francis highlights “the special feminine attention towards others, which is expressed in a particular way, although not exclusively, in motherhood.” How do you express these values in your apostolates? Make a resolution today to act tenderly and firmly in your encounters. Our Father….

With Jesus during the day
Take a moment of rest to see how God’s love has been made present to you in what you have lived today. Don’t go fast, look at the people, the situations, and the conversations. These experiences pass through the heart again. The mission of Christ is made concrete in the simplicity of what you live. Contemplating the day, stopping to look with the eyes of the heart helps to make you aware of love awakening a new, deeper sensitivity that makes you more available. Don’t be in a hurry for the rest of the day. Take time to contemplate the love of the Lord in the present moment.

With Jesus in the night
Find peace in your heart and think about how you lived today. Give thanks to God for the love given and received. Were you hopeful and in a good mood? What feelings did you experience? Give thanks to God for the many blessings in your life. Take a moment to cultivate a positive mood that will carry on into tomorrow. Hail Mary…
