新しい一日を迎え入れ、人々、自然、場所など、創造されたすべてのもののうちに賜物を見出し、それらすべてはわたしたちが大切にし、ケアしなければならない贈り物なのだということを認識しましょう。「あなたたちの中に、自分の息子か牛が井戸に落ちたら、安息日だからといって、すぐに引き上げてやらない者がいるだろうか」（ルカ14:1‐6）。今日という日を共にする人々を大事にしていますか。その人々があなたに与えるはずのものを感謝して受け入れますか。日々経験することを重んじ、大切にしましょう。「一人ひとりの女性の存在という贈り物は、母でありかつ女性である教会にとって、とても貴重なものです」（教皇フランシスコ）。天におられる…

日中イエスと共に
一旦休憩を入れて、イエスと出会い、「聖心の道」の祈りを続けましょう。わたしたちは復活した方の証人となるように呼ばれています。なので、ミッションを主と同じ仕方で遂行するために、主のミッションに対する熱意と、御国に対する情熱を回復させなければなりません。わたしたちの態度と行動は、イエス・キリストとの個人的な出会い、祈り、イエスとの親しさの中で、培われなければなりません。イエス・キリストとの出会いに時間を使っていますか。主があなたに託されたミッションに忠実であるために、主の聖心の近くにとどまりましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
Welcome the new day and make yourself available to discover the gift in everything created, in people, nature, places, recognizing that everything is a gift that we have to value and care for. ” Who among you, if your son or ox falls into a cistern, would not immediately pull him out on the sabbath day?” (Luke 14:1-6). Do you take care of the people who share the day with you? Are you grateful and do you welcome what they have to give you? With Jesus during the day
Pause your day to encounter Jesus and continue praying with The Way of the Heart. We are called to be witnesses of the Risen One, and we have to regain enthusiasm for his mission, and passion for his Kingdom in order to carry out the mission in his manner. Our attitudes and gestures must be forged in the personal encounter with Jesus Christ, in prayer and intimacy with him. Do you spend time encountering Jesus Christ? Stay close to his Heart to be faithful to the mission that he entrusts to you.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. How do you feel in this moment? Ask Jesus to show you the little details of today. What moments were significant for you? Stop a moment to give thanks and meditate on those details. Begin tomorrow by remembering the love you have received, so that you can give it to others. Hail Mary…
