主があなたに与えてくださる新しい一日に感謝し、イエスがなさったように他の人々と出会うことができるよう、心を開きましょう。わたしたちは、傷を癒し、弱さを受け入れ、イエスと共に歩むことができるように兄弟たちを立ち上がらせる、共感のミッションに、責任と深みをもって、コミットするよう招かれています。「今日も明日も、悪霊を追い出し、病気を癒やす」（ルカ13:31-35）。とりわけ使徒的召命における女性信徒の力と創造性のために、今日一日をお捧げしましょう。「女性に教会の傷について話すように勧めることは、教会に自分自身について話すように勧めることと同じです」（教皇フランシスコ）。天におられる…

日中イエスと共に
一日の途中で休憩を取りましょう。わたしたちは「聖心の道」の黙想を続けています。わたしたちは「祈祷の使徒」であり、イエスのミッションにおいてイエスと協働し、毎月の祈りの意向の中で示される教皇の呼びかけに応えています。言葉や感情だけでなく、連帯、共感、あわれみが行動の形になるように、わたしたちは自分自身の愛を総動員します。イエスは、すべての人々がイエスの弟子となるように、わたしたちを遣わされます。この主の呼びかけに共鳴し、奉仕において成長するように努めましょう。今この時、「きょうをささげる」祈りを、改めて祈りましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
Be grateful for a new day that the Lord gives you and open your heart to encounter others, as Jesus does. We are called to commit ourselves with responsibility and depth in this mission of compassion, which heals wounds, welcomes fragility and puts our brothers on their feet so that they can walk with Jesus. “I cast out demons and I perform healings today and tomorrow” (Luke 13:31-35). Offer your day especially for the strength and creativity of lay women in their apostolic vocation. “To invite a woman to speak of the wounds of the Church is to invite the Church to speak of herself” (Pope Francis). With Jesus during the day
Take a break in your day. We continue going through The Way of the Heart. We are apostles of prayer and we collaborate with Jesus in his mission, responding to the call that the Pope makes to us each month in his intention of prayer. We mobilize our love so that it is not only in words or in feelings, but rather in gestures of solidarity, compassion and mercy. Jesus sends us to all peoples to make them his disciples. Let this call that the Lord makes to you resonate and make a commitment to grow in your service. Renew your Daily Offering at this time.

Take a few minutes to recollect what you experienced today. Close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath. What moments have filled your heart with joy and peace? Whom have you helped today? Stay alone with Jesus for a few minutes. Tell the Lord about your worries give them all to him. Hail Mary…
