新しい一日を心の中に迎え入れ、感謝の心を持ち、主の共感のミッションへの奉仕のために、とりわけ御国の女性的な側面がわたしたちの間で成長するように願いつつ、この一日を主にお捧げしましょう。「神の国を何にたとえようか。パン種に似ている。女がこれを取って三サトンの粉に混ぜると、やがて全体が膨れる」（ルカ13:18-21）。聖母マリアにならって、あなたの身の回りの世界というパン生地が他の人々を養うパンとなるように、あなた自身がそのパン生地を発酵させるパン種となってください。「福音書における聖母マリアの言葉づかいは興味深いものです。彼女が御子に話しかける時、彼女は他の人々が必要としていることを告げます。そして他の人々に話しかける時、彼女は『この人が何か言いつけたら、そのとおりにしてください』と言うのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。天におられる…

この午後、少し休憩を取って、「聖心の道」の第8ステップ「共感のミッション」を祈りましょう。御父は、弟子たちであるわたしたちのうちに、またわたしたちを通して、神のいつくしみ深い共感が現存するように願っておられます。イエス・キリストは、この世界を見つめるイエスのまなざしをあなた自身のまなざしとするように、またイエスの聖心で感じながら行動するように、あなたを招いておられます。このようにイエスは、苦しみと痛みがある場所であなたの隣人と出会うために出かけていくようにと、あなたに求めておられます。それはつまり、わたしたちが「自分の身を守ること」をやめ、無防備で傷つきやすい立場にいる人々とともに、自ら無防備で傷つきやすい立場に身を置くことを意味します。あなたは最もニーズのある場で、他の人々があなたを必要としている場で、奉仕をしていますか。

With Jesus in the morning
Welcome the new day into your heart, be grateful and offer it to the Lord for the service of his mission of compassion, especially so that the feminine face of the Kingdom may grow among us. ” It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed [in] with three measures of wheat flour until the whole batch of dough was leavened” (Luke 13:18-21). Be like Mary, leaven in the dough of your surroundings that is transformed into bread that nourishes others. “Curious is the language of Mary in the Gospels: when she speaks to her Son, it is to tell him things that others need; and when she speaks to others, it is to say to them, “Do whatever he tells you” (Pope Francis). With Jesus during the day
Take a break this afternoon to pray with step eight of The Way of the Heart, “A Mission of Compassion.” The Father wants to make his compassion present in the world in and through us, his disciples. Jesus Christ invites you to make his gaze on the world yours and to act with the feelings of his Heart. In this way, he asks you to go out to meet your neighbor, where there is suffering, and pain. This means dropping our “defenses” making ourselves vulnerable with the vulnerable. Do you serve where there is most need, where others need you?

End your day in silence. Thank God for everything you experienced. Think about the day and all that you did. In what activities did you feel at peace? In which ones did you lose peace? Which activities bring the best out of you? Is there anything you need to apologize for? Resolve to stay close to Jesus tomorrow. Hail Mary…
