すべてにおいて他の人々を愛し、奉仕するための新しい一日が与えられたことを感謝しましょう。愛こそは、主のまなざし、主の聖心の色調を表す鍵であり、わたしたちの態度と行為を表す鍵です。大切なのは、あなたがどれだけのことをするかではなく、どれほど愛を込めて行うかです。「心を尽くし、精神を尽くし、思いを尽くして、あなたの神である主を愛しなさい」（マタイ22:34-40）。「母なる教会は、柔和さの道を歩んでいます。教会は、優しく抱きしめること、沈黙すること、心から共感し、然るべき時に沈黙するまなざしを向けることといった、知恵の言葉を知っているのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。あらゆる行いによりいっそう愛を込める決意を新たにしましょう。天におられる…

日中イエスと共に
イエスとともに過ごすために、少し時間を取りましょう。今日の午後、わたしたちは「聖心の道」の第7ステップ、「わたしたちは主とともに自らの人生をお捧げします」を祈ります。それはイエスへの奉献の招きです。わたしたちが人生を捧げる時、イエスとともに他の人々のために捧げる時、人生は意味を持ちます。洗礼を通して、わたしたちは、愛によって自らの人生を捧げ、他の人々が必要としている場所で奉仕する、使徒となるように呼ばれています。日々の生活はこの奉献の祭壇であり、わたしたちは日常生活の中でわたしたちの人生を捧げるよう招かれています。捧げと愛の心で、あなたは日々の生活を送っていますか。

With Jesus in the morning
Give thanks for another day to love and serve others in everything. Love is the key to the Lord’s gaze, the tone and color of the Lord’s Heart, and it is the key to our attitudes and our gestures. It’s not about how much you do, but how much you love. ” You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” (Matthew 22:34-40). “A Church that is a mother goes on the path of tenderness; she knows the language of such wisdom of caresses, of silence, of the gaze that knows compassion, that knows silence” (Pope Francis). With Jesus during the day
At this time of day take a moment to be with Jesus. We pray this afternoon with step seven of The Way of the Heart, “We offer our lives along with him.” This is the invitation to surrender to Jesus. Life takes on meaning when we give it, when we donate it others with Jesus. Through baptism we are called to be apostles, giving our lives out of love, to service, where others need us. Daily life is the altar of this surrender, there we are called to offer our lives. Do you live your daily routine with dedication and love?

Look over your day in your heart. Give thanks to God for any graces received. What places did you travel? How did you feel? Did you feel the presence of God in any of them? Do you feel that a specific place hurts you or is problematic for you? Give everything you have received to God and ask him to repair what has been damaged in you today. Hail Mary…
