イエスと出会うために、休憩を取りましょう。聖霊が、わたしたちをイエスの聖心の深みへと導いてくださいます。聖霊はあなたの通訳です。聖心の近くにいることによって、わたしたちは、自分たちを取り巻くものとの調和のうちに生き、また世界のさまざまな課題に無関心な態度から抜け出すことができます。イエスの聖心に近づけば近づくほど、わたしたちはイエスの喜びと苦しみをより理解し、今日この世界で働いておられるイエスの現存を認識するようになります。今日、主はどこであなたを待っておられるでしょうか。それは、あなたが、共感のミッションと洗礼によって受けた役割を具体的に果たす場なのです。

With Jesus in the morning
Give thanks for another day, and set your heart on Jesus and your watchful eye to discover his action. An encounter with the Lord changes everything. “Every Christian is a missionary to the extent that he has found the love of God in Christ Jesus” (Pope Francis). St. Mary Magdalene is like that fig tree that the Lord saved and rescued by removing the obstacles that prevented her from loving more. May St. Mary Magdalene inspire you today for the mission. “Sir, leave it for this year also, and I shall cultivate the ground around it and fertilize it; it may bear fruit in the future. If not you can cut it down” (Luke 13:1-9). Our Father….

With Jesus during the day
Take a break to encounter Jesus. The Holy Spirit is what leads us to the depths of the Heart of Jesus. It is your interpreter. Being close to this Heart helps us to be in tune with what surrounds us and be less indifferent to the challenges of the world. The closer we are to the Heart of Jesus, the more we perceive his joys and sufferings and the more docile we become to recognize his presence today working in the world. Where is the Lord waiting for you today? There the mission of compassion and the commitment of your baptism are made concrete.

With Jesus in the night
Calm your mind and breathe slowly as you end your day. Walk through the day and think about everything you experienced. What moment was the most important for you and why? How did you feel? What did that encounter leave you? Write down what you discover and make a resolution to grow in God’s love. Hail Mary…
