立ち止まって自分の心をイエスの心にあわせましょう。主の友情は、あなたの心が主の御心と同じリズムで打ち、主の望み、挑戦、感情と共に動くようにしてくれます。このことは、あなたの身のこなしが主の身のこなしとなり、主の熱意を帯びるようにしてくれるのです。イエスとの友情は彼と共にあるようにという召し出しであり、主が行く先、主が望まれる場所へ主に従って行くようにという招きなのです。イエスに従うことがあなたをどんなところに連れていくと思いますか。主は、今度はあなたにどこについてきてほしいと願っているでしょうか。

Give thanks for a new day and offer it for the intention of the laity this month. Pause your day to calibrate your heart with that of Jesus. Friendship with the Master helps your heart beat the rhythm of his Heart, with its desires, its challenges, and its feelings. This helps your gestures to become the gestures of Jesus and adopt his motivations. Friendship with Jesus is a call to be with him, to follow Him where he goes and where he wants to take us. Pause for a moment to end the day. Give thanks for everything that happened today. How did you treat your neighbor? Do you remember anything that disturbed you or caused anger in your heart?
