あなたはイエスのみ心の力強さの中へ入っていくよう招かれています。イエスのあり方、その物腰、態度、その愛し方に共鳴するよう招かれているのです。この午後少し時間をとって、他者に仕える中で最も小さいものとなるよう、イエスがどのようにあなたを招いておられるかを考えてみましょう。主はわたしたち人間の1人となり、ついには愛ゆえに命をお与えになるまでに、すべての人の僕となりました。イエスのみ心の力強さは、完全な自己放棄を含んでいます。また、主のみ心はご自分の憐みのミッションの使徒として献身の生活をするようあなたを招いています。他者に仕え、今日を再スタートするために、具体的な誓いを立てましょう。

Offer the new day to God and join the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network praying for the October prayer intention, that the laity commit each day with more dedication to their apostolic vocation in service to the mission of Christ. “Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 18:1-5, 10). With Jesus during the day
You are invited to enter into the dynamism of the Heart of Jesus, to tune into his way of being, his gestures, his attitudes, and his way of loving. Take some time this afternoon to contemplate the way Jesus invites you to be the least of all in service to others. The Lord became one of us, a servant of all until he gave his life out of love. The dynamism of his Heart includes a total surrender. His Heart also invites you into a life of service as an apostle of his mission of compassion. Make a concrete pledge to serve others and restart your day.

Find a quiet place and breathe deeply, letting your heart quiet down. What events made you happy today? Did you feel loved, esteemed or valued by someone? Remain with those thoughts for a few minutes. Give thanks to God for all the good things of the day. Prepare yourself for tomorrow to carry God’s love in your heart to give to others. Hail Mary…
