この新しい日、家庭、職場、わたしのコミュニティの中でわたしが信仰を証しできるよう願います。「行って、天の国は近づいたと宣べ伝えなさい」（マタイ10：7）。どんな些細なことでも、助けを必要とする人に気づくことができるよう、恵みをお与えください。教皇による「祈りの世界ネットワーク」に心を合わせ、愛や敬意を知らずに生きる家族のために今日一日を捧げます。わたしが自分の家庭において、こうした恵みの証しとなることができるよう、主が助けて下さいますように。天におられる…

日中イエスと共に
「信仰、信仰、わたしの魂よ！神の御旨だけを行うこと」（イエスの苦悩の御心の聖パウリナ）。信仰はいくつもの仕方で養われます。例えば、個人の祈り、黙想、聖体拝領や日常の経験を通して。信仰を持つからといって、いつも幸福だとか、困難を感じないということではありません。しかし、嵐が来ようとも神は私と共にあり、涙に暮れようともわたしはまた笑顔を取り戻すのだということ信じるを意味するのです。人間というのは時に悲しみ、怒り、苦しみを感じるものですが、信仰を持つということは、これらはみないつか過ぎ去るのだということを知ることです。わたしが信仰を実践し、いつでも主のみ旨を行う準備ができているよう、主がわたしの信仰を強めてくださいますように。

深呼吸して、目を閉じてみてください。今日一日を振り返り、いただいた特別なお恵みすべてを見つめ、神に感謝しましょう。自分の心を見つめ、今日あなたを取り巻いた恐れや不信、怒りの感情などを探しましょう。こうした感情はどうして起きたのでしょうか。これらの感情はどのようなメッセージを残しましたか。この経験を神に捧げ、主の愛のうちに抱きしめていただくようお願いしましょう。明日への決意を書き出してみましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
On this new day, I desire to give testimony of my faith in the family, at work, and in my community. “Go and announce that the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 10:7). I ask for the grace to recognize that in every simple gesture I can help others. In union with the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, I offer my day for families that do not live in love and respect. I ask the Lord to help me be a sign of these gifts in my own family. Our Father….

With Jesus during the day
“Faith, faith, my soul! To do only the will of God” (St. Pauline). Faith can be nourished in several ways: through individual prayer, meditation, through the Eucharist, and through life experiences, for example. Having faith does not mean being happy all the time or not suffering trials. But trusting that, despite the storms, God is with me and that, despite the tears, I will smile again. It is human to feel sadness, anger, and anguish at certain times, but it is faith to know that all this is finite. I ask the Lord to strengthen my faith, that I may learn to exercise it and always be ready to fulfill his holy will.

Give thanks to God for the day. Be aware of how you started and how you are finishing the day. Have you lived in an attitude of offering and availability to God the Father? What have you done to respond to the intention that Pope Francis entrusts us to the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network? Do you offer your life and your activities to the Lord? Review your way of living on the Internet and point out a way to grow in availability to the mission of Jesus. Hail Mary…
