喜びに満ちた心で、主イエスの復活を祝いながら、この日曜日を始めます。「天の国はパン種に似ている。女がこれをとって三サトンの粉に混ぜると、やがて全体が膨れる」（マタイ13：33）。パン種のように、小さな行いやささやかな態度こそが、人生とこの世界を変化させるのです。いつも私自身の良さを最大限に生かしながら、他の人々に、とりわけ家族のために、自分自身を捧げる恵みを主に願います。この望みとともに、教皇フランシスコが今月私たちに託された意向のために今日一日を捧げます。栄光は父と子と聖霊に…

日中イエスと共に
「最も完璧な模範は…聖母マリアです」（教皇フランシスコ）。聖母マリアは、耳を傾け、迎え入れ、培い、良い実を結ぶすべをご存知でした。キリストの御復活の後でも、聖母マリアは主のみ旨の成就のうちに堅固にとどまりました。教会の誕生の時である、聖霊降臨祭の時も、聖母マリアはそこにおられました。だからそれは今も私たちとともに続いています。聖母マリアは私たちを励まし、イエスの近くに私たちを引き寄せ、私たちの世話をして、私たちの心の回心を神に祈っておられるからです。神の聖母がなさったように、私たちも自ら豊かな土地となって神のみ旨を実現するすべを学ぶことができるのです。

夜イエスと共に
今日頂いた特別な恵みのために神に感謝を捧げましょう。心が感じたことを見つめてみます。今日一日を通して、悲しみや孤独を感じたでしょうか。それらにどのように反応したでしょうか。これらの難しい時について父なる神に打ち明け、神がそれらを美しいものに変えてくださるように、お捧げします。明日のための決心を整え、その決意を持って生きることができるよう神に助けを願います。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
I begin this Sunday with a heart full of joy, celebrating the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. “The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed with three measures of wheat flour until the whole batch was leavened” (Matthew 13:33). Like yeast, it is small gestures and attitudes that transform life and the world. I ask the Lord to give me the grace to give myself to others, always offering the best of myself, particularly those of my family. With Jesus during the day
“The perfect model…is the Virgin Mary” (Pope Francis). Mary knew how to listen, welcome, cultivate and bear good fruit. Even after Christ’s resurrection, she remained steadfast in fulfilling the Lord’s will. She was there at Pentecost, at the birth of the Church. So it continues with us, as she transmits messages of encouragement to us, drawing us closer to Jesus, looking out for us and praying to God for the conversion of our hearts. We can learn to be fertile soil and fulfill God’s will as the Mother of God did.

With Jesus in the night
Give thanks to God for some special grace received today. Look at your feelings. Did you feel sadness or loneliness throughout the day? How did you react? Talk to God the Father about these difficult times and give them to him so that he can transform them into something beautiful. Make a resolution for tomorrow and ask God for help to carry it forward. Hail Mary…
