主の恵みと愛にむかってわたしが自分を開くことが、イエスを一番喜ばせる方法です。主ご自身が教えてくださるその柔和と謙遜によって、わたしがより親切で寛大で、憐れみ深い人間になることができるように、主の心の内に住まいたいと思います。わたしは、主の教えを聴き、学び、実践することを欲する一人の使徒として主の御前に立ちます。

一日の終わりに、心を静め、考えを落ち着けましょう。今日一日、どれくらい愛しましたか。よりよい仕方で誰かを愛することができると気づきましたか。誰か、または何かに対して拒絶もしくは愛情を感じますか。他者を正しく愛することは、自由と達成への道です。より神のみ旨に合った仕方で自由と愛において成長するには、何を変えればいいのでしょう。考えたことを何でも書き出してみましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
I begin this day meditating on Jesus’ words: “If you knew what this meant, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice’” (Matthew 12:7). Sometimes it is easier to make sacrifices than to forgive someone who hurts us. I give thanks for the experiences of mercy in my life; for the love and forgiveness I gave and received. With Jesus during the day
I have nothing that can please Jesus as much as opening myself to his grace and love. I desire to dwell in his heart, so that I can become a more kind, generous and compassionate person as he himself teaches me in his meek and humble way. I stand before the Lord as a disciple, thirsting to hear, learn and practice his teachings.

With Jesus in the night
At the end of the day, quiet your heart and calm your thoughts. How loving were you throughout the day? Do you recognize that you could have loved someone in a better way? Do you feel rejection or attachment to something or someone? Loving others in the right way is the path to freedom and fulfillment. What can you do differently to grow in freedom and love more according to God’s plan? Write down anything that is on your mind. Hail Mary…
