日中イエスと共に
母親の愛は、わたしたちへの神の愛ととてもよく似ています。その人の欠点や不完全な点に妨げられることのない、無条件の愛です。「思いやり深い」―他の人の必要に注意を払い、どうしたら手助けできるかを考える。「信頼できる」―約束を守る。「敏感である」―思いやりを持ち、苦しむ人と共にある。「よく気遣う」ー傷を癒す。「強い」―信仰や希望につまづいた人を助け起こす。「情け深い」―共感し、ゆるす。「寛大である」―親切することを惜しまない。「豊かである」―喜びによって困難を乗り越える。

夜イエスと共に
心の中で、自分の今日一日を振り返ってください。自分に平和と喜びを与えた瞬間を神に感謝しましょう。それらをもう一度思い出して、味わいましょう。今日直面した困難を示してくださるよう、神にお願いしてみてください。あなたはその困難にどう対処しましたか。自由な心を持って、愛と希望と自信をもって行動しましたか。不安に感じましたか。今日の経験から学び、明日は罪の奴隷としてではなく、内なる自由をもって行動することができるよう、神の恵みを願いましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
At the beginning of this new day, I ask the Father in Heaven to help me rest in him, even during my activities. I am grateful for everything that led me to be here, at this moment, with him. I ask God to help me realize that everything he gives me is grace, and that all these graces are missions, they become a responsibility in my daily life. I offer you this day, through the intercession of Our Lady, for the Holy Father’s intention for this month. Hail Mary…

With Jesus during the day
A mother’s love is so similar to God’s love for us. An unconditional love, regardless of someone’s flaws and imperfections. Attentive: Checking on someone’s needs and how I can help. Responsible: Fulfilling the commitments I make to people. Sensitive: Having empathy, to be with those who suffer. Full of Care: Healing wounds. Strong: Raising those who have fallen in faith and hope. Merciful: Having compassion and forgiveness. Generous: Not skimping on kindness. Abundant: Allowing joy to overcome difficulties.

With Jesus in the night
Look over your day in your heart. Thank God for the moments that have given you peace and joy. Remember them and enjoy them again. Ask God to show you what challenges you faced today. How did you respond to them? Did you act freely, feeling love, hope and confidence? Did you feel restless? Learning from what was experienced today, ask God for the grace tomorrow to act with interior freedom, not as a slave to sin. Hail Mary…

[1] 教皇による意向のために毎日3回祈る取り組みとして「祈祷の使徒」（教皇による祈りの世界ネットワーク）本部では2016年より”Click to Pray”（祈りのクリック）が始まりました。すなわち、日々のみ言葉と教皇による毎月の意向に合わせて、毎日、朝と日中と夕に祈る取り組みです。
