新しい一日を与えてくださったこと、そしてイエスがわたしのために驚くべき善いものの数々を用意してくださることを、主に感謝します。「その日、イエスは家を出て、湖のほとりに座っておられた」（マタイ13：1）。イエスは群衆を教え、たとえ話をなさり、病気の人を癒し、そして歩かれます。しかし、主はただ家を出て、座っておられる日もあったのです。もしかしたら、このようなイエスの姿は、御父と二人きりで座り、世界と人間と自然を見つめるようにというインスピレーションの源かもしれません。イエスの様に黙想する心を与えてくださるよう、主に祈ります。この世界の美しさを観ることができる心、すべてのもののうちに神を見出すことができる心をお与えください。今日一日を教皇による今月の意向に捧げます。栄光は父と子と聖霊に…

日中イエスと共に
わたしは日々、愛か憎しみを、喜びか悲しみを、ゆるしか痛みを、感謝か不満を、心の中に育てる可能性があります。わたしの人生という畑においてよい感情の種を蒔くために、前向きで希望、親切と感謝と愛に満ちた考えだけを育てるために、十分間使います。この十分間が、一日の残りの時間によい影響を与えるように努めます。眠りにつく前に、そこから得たすべての経験を見直します。

With Jesus in the morning
I give thanks to the Lord for this new day, with all the surprises that the good Jesus has in store for me. “On that day, Jesus went out of the house and sat down by the sea.” (Matthew 13:1) Jesus teaches the crowds, tells parables, heals the sick, and takes walks. However, there are some days when he simply leaves the house and sits down. Perhaps this is your source of inspiration, to sit alone with the Father and contemplate the world, people, and nature. I ask the Lord to give me a contemplative heart like that of Jesus. A heart capable of seeing the beauty of this world. A heart available to find God in all things. I offer my day for the Pope’s intention for this month. Glory Be…

With Jesus during the day
Every day I have the possibility to cultivate in my heart: love or hate, joy or sadness, forgiveness or hurt, gratitude or complaint. To sow positive emotions in the soil of my life, today, I can spend ten minutes to cultivate only thoughts of optimism, hope, kindness, gratitude and love, seeking to positively impact all other hours of my day. Before going to sleep I should check out all the fruits of that experience.

The Lord invites you to discover his presence in your life. Take a few moments to review your week and collect the most significant experiences. What memories come to you? What feelings do you have? Write down the most significant memories. What can you learn from them? Speak with God about what you have experienced and ask for his help to start a new week. Hail Mary…
