主に対する最良の応答を乙女マリアから学びましょう。信頼と求めに応じる姿勢、寛大さという応答によって、神は今日わたしが捧げるすべてのものを一番良い仕方でお使いになれるのです。わたしたちの人生における神のみ旨が実現されるよう、わたしたちの大切な時間を神に捧げましょう。

深呼吸して、目を閉じてみてください。今日一日を振り返り、いただいた特別なお恵みすべてを見つめ、神に感謝しましょう。自分の心を見つめ、今日あなたを取り巻いた恐れや不信、怒りの感情などを探しましょう。こうした感情はどうして起きたのでしょうか。これらの感情はどのようなメッセージを残しましたか。この経験を神に捧げ、主の愛のうちに抱きしめていただくようお願いしましょう。明日への決意を書き出してみましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

I bless the Lord for another day that begins and in which I am called to share the gift of life with all those close to me. Following Jesus is a demanding one, but by faith we are invited to let the Holy Spirit enter us and lead us gently, both in gestures and in words. I offer my day, with the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, so that all families may be accompanied with love, respect and guidance. Hail Mary…

Learn from the Virgin Mary the best answer to give to the Lord. An answer of trust, availability and generosity, so that he can do the best with everything I have to offer him on this day. Let us offer to God our precious time so that his will is fulfilled in our lives.

With Jesus in the night
Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Look at the day, acknowledge any special graces you received and give thanks to God for them. Search your heart for those feelings of fear, distrust and anger that surrounded you today. What caused these feelings? What message did they leave within you? Offer the experience to God and ask him to embrace you in his love. Write down a resolution for tomorrow. Hail Mary…

[1] 教皇による意向のために毎日3回祈る取り組みとして「祈祷の使徒」（教皇による祈りの世界ネットワーク）本部では2016年より”Click to Pray”（祈りのクリック）が始まりました。すなわち、日々のみ言葉と教皇による毎月の意向に合わせて、毎日、朝と日中と夕に祈る取り組みです。
