父よ、新たな一日を頂いたことを感謝いたします。「あなたは、兄弟の目にあるおが屑は見えるのに、なぜ自分の目の中の丸太に気づかないのか？（マタイ7:3) 」他者の過ちを見つけるのはたやすいことです。自分自身の限界を認めることはとても難しいのです。私たちは神に感動して他者を慈しむよう呼ばれています。私たちは神の似姿の中で、その慈しみを広げて行かなければならないのです。主よ、わたしは今月教皇が私たちに委ねられた、苦しむ人々がイエスのみ心に触れて生きる道を見つけることが出来ますように、という祈りの意向のためにわたしの一日をお捧げ致します。アヴェ・マリア…

日中イエスと共に
信仰に於ける大きな挑戦は逆境の時、苦しみの時にも冷静さとバランスを保ことです。信仰は自由を信じ、体験することです。最終的な結果を気にすることなくその道を進んで行くことに自信を持つことです。信仰を持っている人は、望んだ結果が得られなくても、奇跡はまだ来ていない、と信じることが出来るのです。なぜならその人はうまく行くかどうかは神の手にあり神はいつも私たちのために最善のものを用意してくださると知っているからです。

I give you thanks, Father, for another day. “Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?” (Matthew 7:3). It is easy to see the faults of others. It is more difficult to recognize our own limitations. We are called to mercy towards others because we have been touched by God. In his image, we must also radiate the mercy to which we have been called. The great challenge of faith is to maintain serenity and balance during times of adversity and suffering. Faith is to believe and experience freedom. It is to remain confident in following the path, regardless of the end result. When a person has faith, he believes that the miracle is yet to come, even if the result is different from what he asks for, because he knows that the control of the situation is in the hands of God and he always provides what is best for us.
