いつくしみ深い御父よ、
あなたは神の子一人ひとりを愛しておられます。
聖霊の賜物がわたしのうちで実を結びますように。
そして、わたしがあなたの愛で愛することを
学ぶことができますように。
心を見つめるまなざしで、
一人ひとりを心から大切に評価するまなざし、
感謝にみちたまなざしで、
一人ひとりの女性を見る恵みをお与えください。
暴力の犠牲となったすべての女性のために祈ります。
人々が彼女たちの苦しみに耳を傾け、
それに対する理解が深まりますように。
また彼女たちが大きな尊厳をもって
人生の日々を生きることができますように。
教皇の言うとおり、
「女性にとって益となることの実現は、
全人類にとっての益の実現にほかならない」のですから。

いつくしみ深い父よ、あなたがともにいてくださることをわたしは知っています。
新しい一日を始めるにあたって、
改めて、わたしの心を御子イエスの聖心のそばに置いてください。
イエスは自らをわたしのために捧げ、ご聖体のうちにわたしのもとに来てくださいます。
聖霊がわたしをあなたの友、また使徒にし、
あなたのいつくしみのミッションに参与するものにしてくださいますように。
この祈りの世界ネットワークに携わる兄弟姉妹と心を合わせて、
わたしの喜びと希望、
働きと苦しみ、わたしが持っているもの、わたしの存在をすべて、
あなたの御手に委ねます。
聖母マリアとともに、教会のミッションと、教皇の今月の意向に合わせて、
わたしの今日一日をお捧げします。

🌸　今月の提案

• 教皇フランシスコが提案するように、女性の価値を見出し、受け入れましょう。「女性であるという理由だけで、人間としての権利が軽んじられるようなことは容認できません。」（教皇フランシスコ『フラテッリ・トゥッティ』121番）
• 大切に受け入れる心をもって、あなたが出会う女性の苦しみに注意深く耳を傾けましょう。 「心で人を見ることができているでしょうか。ともに暮らしている人はいつも心のなかにいるでしょうか。」（教皇フランシスコ、2020年1月1日）
• 社会の中に存在する、巧妙かつ目立たないかたちの暴力に注意を向けましょう。それらの多くは、会話、偏見、あるいは社会的汚名の中で、容認され、正常化されていくのです。「排除、虐待、暴力の状況下で苦しんでいる女性たちは、二重の意味で「貧しい」存在となっています。なぜなら、彼女らはしばしば自らの権利を守ることが難しい立場に置かれているからです。」（教皇フランシスコ『福音の喜び』212番）
• 社会、教会、労働、政治生活などのさまざまな分野で、女性がもたらす本質的な価値について考えてみましょう。「女性の権利の認識と公共の場への参加が著しく改善されたにもかかわらず、一部の国ではまだやるべきことがたくさん残されています。」（教皇フランシスコ『愛のよろこび』54番）
• 苦しむ女性を守りましょう。暴力の犠牲となった女性を支援する活動をしている諸機関に協力してみましょう。「わたしたちがより良い世界を望むなら、つまり戦争の場ではなく平和の家を望むのならば、わたしたち一人ひとりは、すべての女性の尊厳のためにもっと多くのことをしなければなりません。」（教皇フランシスコ、2020年1月1日）

Universal Intention – For women who are victims of violence

We pray for women who are victims of violence, that they may be protected by society and have their sufferings considered and heeded.

Prayer

Gracious Father,
You who love each of your sons and daughters,
Make the gifts of your Spirit bear fruit in me,
so that I may learn to love as you love.
Give me the grace to look at each woman with the gaze of the heart,
the look capable of giving full value and being filled with gratitude.
I pray to you for all women who are victims of violence,
may their sufferings be heard and considered,
and may they work every day of their lives with great dignity knowing that,
as the Holy Father says,
“a conquest in favor of women
is an achievement for the good of all humanity. ”

Offering Prayer

Good Father, I know You are with me.
Here I am on this new day.
Place my heart once more
next to the Heart of your Son Jesus,
who is giving himself for me and who comes to me in the Eucharist.
May your Holy Spirit make me Your friend and apostle,
available for your mission of compassion.
I place in Your hands my joys and hopes,
my works and sufferings, everything that I am and have,
in communion with my brothers and sisters of this Worldwide Prayer Network.
With Mary, I offer you my day for the mission of the Church
and for the prayer intentions of the Pope and my Bishop for this month.
Amen.

Proposals for the month

• Discover and embrace the value of women, as Pope Francis proposes: “It is unacceptable that a person has fewer rights simply because they are a woman.” (FT, n. 121)
• Listen carefully to the suffering of the women you meet with a welcoming attitude. “Can I look at people with my heart? Do I have the people I live with in my heart?” (Pope Francis, 01.01.20)
• Become aware of the subtle and implicit forms of violence that exist in society, many of them tolerated and normalized in conversations, prejudices or social stigmas. “Doubly poor are women who suffer from situations of exclusion, mistreatment and violence, because they are often less able to defend their rights.” (Pope Francis, EG, n.212)
• Consider the essential value that women bring to the various spheres of social, ecclesial, labor, political life, etc. “Despite notable improvements in the recognition of women’s rights and their participation in the public space, there is still much to do in some countries.” (Pope Francis, AL, 54)
• Protect women who suffer. Collaborate with institutions that work to support women who are victims of violence. “If we want a better world, that is a house of peace and not a field of war, we must all do much more for the dignity of every woman.” (Pope Francis, 01.01.20)
