朝イエスと共に
あなたの生活を母であるマリアの手にゆだねることから一日を始めましょう。マリアはわたしたちを子であるイエスのところへ連れていってくださいます。「おめでとう、恵まれた方。主があなたと共におられる。」（ルカ1:26‐38）。マリアこそはイエスのみ心を知り、息子であるイエスの目でわたしたちをご覧になる方です。「わたしの心の中心に主はおられるだろうか。わたしたちがより良い世界を欲するならば、戦場ではなく平和の家を建設することが必要です」（教皇フランシスコ）。マリアと同じように主の近くにいることを教えてくださるよう、マリアに願いましょう。天におられる…

日中イエスと共に
あなたの心をイエスに調和させるために少し時間を取りましょう。教皇は「霊的な著述家たちが『心』と呼ぶ内なる場所、わたしたちの秘密の場所で生まれます。わたしたちの内で祈るもの・・・は、わたしたちの最も内奥の神秘なのです」とおっしゃいます。主と出会うための内なる静寂をつくり、知性と感情と自分の全存在をもって身体の内から祈りましょう。「『心』で祈るなら、その人の全人格が祈るのです」。今日の活動に戻る前に、しばしこの祈りに満ちた静寂のうちに過ごしましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
Start a new day by placing your life in the hands of our Mother Mary, so that she may lead us to her Son, Jesus. “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you” (Luke 1:26-38). Mary is the one who best knows the heart of Christ and who looks at us with the eyes of her Son. “Do I have the Lord at the center of my heart? If we want a better world, it is necessary to build a house of peace and not a battlefield” (Pope Francis). Ask Mary today to teach you to be close to the Lord as she was. Our Father…

With Jesus during the day
Take some time off to get your heart in tune with Jesus. The Pope tells us that “prayer is born in the secret of ourselves, in that inner place that spiritual authors call ‘heart.’ What prays in us…is the most intimate mystery of ourselves.” Make inner silence to meet the Lord, pray in your body, with your intellect, with your emotions, and with your whole being because “it is the whole man who prays, if his ‘heart’ prays.” Spend a while in this prayerful silence before resuming your day.

With Jesus in the night
Close your day in silence. Review today’s events from the beginning of the day. What encounters have made you happy? Who have you not been comfortable with? Do you think someone needs you to ask for forgiveness? Walking with others is a gift from God. Be thankful for the people in your life, and offer tonight’s dream for them. Hail Mary…
