あなたの心を主の聖心と響き合わせるために、少しの間、活動から離れましょう。神は忠実な味方です。わたしたちが愛するのをやめたとしても、神はわたしたちを愛し続けます。たとえその愛がカルヴァリオの丘へと連れて行くものだとしてもです。神はいつもわたしたちの心の扉の近くにおられ、わたしたちがその扉を開くのを待っておられます。時として心に直接呼びかけることもありますが、しかし決して心を侵略するような仕方ではありません。祈りの中で、主は、あなたを探し求め、あなたを待ち続け、あなたの言葉を聴こうと望んでおられます。親しく誠実な対話の中で、信仰をもって主に心を開きましょう。今日、あなたが主に向けて言わなければならないことは何ですか。

With Jesus in the morning
Embrace a new morning and prepare to open your heart to receive the Lord on this day. “The tax collectors and prostitutes believed in him” (Matthew 21:28-32). It is not a question, then, of being impeccable but of being ready for the Lord, who looks at the generous hearts that sincerely seek him. With Jesus during the day
Leave your activities for a moment to put your heart in tune with the Lord’s. God is a faithful ally: if we stop loving, he continues to love, even if that love takes him to Calvary. God is always near the door of our heart and waits for us to open it to him. Sometimes it calls to the heart, but it is not invasive. In prayer it is the Lord who seeks you, awaits you, and wants to listen to you. Open your heart to him with faith, in a close and sincere dialogue. What do you have to tell the Lord today?

End your day in silence. Be grateful for any special grace you have received. What desires have moved you today? Remember that desires move you to act.
