時として、何を言うべきか分からない時や、意見を表明したり決定を下したりするのに十分な情報がない時などは、沈黙が最良の選択肢となります。適切な言葉を、適切な時に、適切な人に対して、適切な方法で話すことは、つねに学んで熟達していくべき修練です。聖霊、人々を助けるすべを知るための識別の賜物を与えてください。彼らを助けることができない時には、彼らのために忘れず祈ることができますように。しばしば、とりなしの祈りは誰かを助けるための最良の選択肢となります。

With Jesus in the morning
I thank the Lord for this morning and for this planet that he created for me. I ask the Lord for help, that I may be in solidarity with those with whom I work and with whom I live, so that together we can look at the world and the future with hope. With Jesus during the day
In some moments, silence is the best option when we don’t know what to say or if we don’t have enough information to express an opinion or even make a decision. Speaking the right word, at the right time, to the right person and in the right way is an exercise to be constantly learned and perfected. I ask the Holy Spirit for the gift of discernment to know how to help people. When I can’t help them, may I remember to pray for them. Often intercessory prayer is the best option for helping someone.

Become aware of your day and give thanks to God for any good that you did. Look at the experience and discover when you felt free in your actions and in harmony with your neighbor. How could you preserve and cultivate those attitudes from now on? Ask God to remain with you and guide you in your actions. Hail Mary…
