日中イエスと共に
今日、周りの人々をいっそう愛し奉仕するすべを知ることができるように、イエスの聖心をわたしの心とする恵みを主に願います。たとえそれが、励ましの言葉を掛けるとか、誰かのために席を譲るとか、日毎の糧を分かち合うといった、シンプルな行為であったとしても、小さな物事のうちに聖性をすすんで生きることができますように。イエスがわたしの立場だったらきっとなさるだろうことを行い、聖心にかなった生き方をする機会を逃すことがありませんように。

With Jesus in the morning
I begin this day in the presence of the good Father, gratefully welcoming the graces that he wishes to offer me. I ask you for the grace to give my life in union with that of Jesus. Today, on this World Day of Prayer for the Pope’s Intentions, I offer my day, my prayers and actions, for all the people who work and live from the sea, including sailors, fishermen and their families, as asked by Pope Francis this month. With Jesus during the day
Today, I ask the Heart of Jesus to put his Heart in the place of my heart, so that I know how to love and serve my neighbor more. May I seek to live holiness in small things, even if it is a simple attitude of giving a word of comfort, of offering my place so that someone can sit down, or sharing my daily bread. May I not miss the opportunity to do what Jesus would do in my place and thereby please his Heart.
