日中イエスと共に
わたしが心を惹かれ、時間をかけ、愛情を注いだのは何だったでしょうか。心の中を覗き、わたしが陥りがちな考え方の傾向を吟味します。肯定的でしたか、それとも、否定できでしたか。最近の行動についても吟味します。それは神の教えと合致したものだったでしょうか。わたしのあやまちと雑念を主に委ねます。わたしを主の道から引き離し、また、神と隣人との交わりの生活を妨げるものから解放してくださるよう祈ります。

With Jesus in the morning
I give thanks to the Lord for this new day that begins. Today I feel that I can renew myself, start over, and correct what I did wrong. I put my hope in the Lord, always trying to choose his path. I offer this day for the Pope’s intention for this month, for all families, to be accompanied and helped. Glory Be…

With Jesus during the day
What has taken my attention, my time, my affection? I look inside my heart and check the types of thoughts I have been cultivating, are they positive or negative? I check my actions in the last days. Are they consistent with the teachings I receive from God? I entrust to the Lord all my failings and distractions. I ask him to release me from everything that keeps me from his path and from what prevents me from having a life of communion with him and with my brothers.

With Jesus in the night
Take some time to be alone with Jesus. Take a deep breath and look within yourself. Have you maintained the joy and peace in your heart? Have you acted charitably with your neighbor? Do you need to apologize to God for something? Stay at peace in this moment and ask God to embrace you with his love. Write down a resolution for tomorrow as you end this day. Hail Mary…
