日中イエスと共に
忍耐強く、絶え間ない祈りは、神に喜ばれます。それは恒常的で誠実かつ真正な対話です。祈りは、恵みへとわたしの心を開き、御父のみ旨を理解するのを助けてくれます。祈りを通して、わたしはイエスの愛に倣うことにおいて成長し、他の人々への思いやりといつくしみを深めることができます。鍵となるのは、自分の考え、感情、言葉、行動において、聖霊に導かれるに任せることです。わたしに語りかけ、わたしの祈りの中に絶えずとどまってくださったことを、神に感謝します。わたしは神の恵みを平穏で信頼に満ちた心で待ち望みます。わたしの人生の中で、神はすべてを行うことがおできになるからです。

With Jesus in the morning
At the beginning of this day, I thank God for yet another opportunity to spread his love. Prudence is an important virtue in our lives, not only because it helps to avoid problems, but also because it predisposes our hearts to the attention of important things, such as our neighbor and the word of God. With Jesus during the day
Persevering, constant prayer is pleasing to God. It is a permanent, sincere and authentic dialogue. Prayer opens me to grace and helps me understand the Father’s will. Through prayer I can grow in the imitation of Jesus’ love, increasing my compassion and mercy toward others. The key lies in letting myself be led by the Holy Spirit in my thoughts, feelings, words and behavior. I give thanks to God for talking to me and persist in my prayers. I await his favor with serenity and confidence, because he can do everything in my life.

End your day in silence. Thank God for everything you experienced. Think about the day and all that you did. In what activities did you feel at peace? In which ones did you lose peace? [1] 教皇による意向のために毎日3回祈る取り組みとして「祈祷の使徒」（教皇による祈りの世界ネットワーク）本部では2016年より”Click to Pray”（祈りのクリック）が始まりました。すなわち、日々のみ言葉と教皇による毎月の意向に合わせて、毎日、朝と日中と夕に祈る取り組みです。
