朝イエスと共に
この一日の始めに、わたしはイエスに近づいて尋ねます。「先生、永遠の命を得るには、どんな善いことをすればよいのでしょうか」（マタイ19：16）。イエスは言われます。「もし完璧になりたいのなら、行って持ち物を売り払い、貧しい人々に施しなさい。そうすれば、天に富を積むことになる。それから、わたしに従いなさい」（マタイ19：21）。そしてわたしは考えます。わたしが分かち合うべき富とは何だろうか、と。自分の弱さに気づき、それを主に委ね、神のみで足りると確信した自由な心で、イエスのミッションに参与する者としてわたしは自らを捧げます。教皇の今月の意向に合わせて、海で働き生活する人々のために、この一日をお捧げします。栄光は父と子と聖霊に…

日中イエスと共に
この生活や人間に過度に執着しないこと、そしてとりわけ、物質的なものを手放すこと、また天の国でわたしたちを待ち受けているものは、この地上で経験できる最高の幸せな瞬間よりも、つねにいっそう大きくより善いものであると知ること、これらのことを学ぶことができますように。わたしは自分の賜物を主の前に置き、わたしの今日の行いのすべてを主が導いてくださるよう願います。同じ過ちを犯さないすべを主から学ぶことができるように、わたしは自分の過去を主に委ねます。わたしは自分の将来と夢を主に託します。今、可能なかぎり最も善い生き方をすることができますように。

一日の終りに、心を静め、考えを落ち着けましょう。今日一日の間、どのように愛を生きていましたか。誰かをよりよく愛することができたと思いますか。何かもしくは誰かからの拒絶、あるいはそれへの執着を心に感じますか。他の人々を正しい仕方で愛することは、自由と完成への道なのです。自由において成長し、神のみ旨に従っていっそう愛するために、今とは違った仕方でどんなことが可能でしょうか。心の中にあることを何でも書き起こしてみましょう。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning
At the beginning of this day, I approach Jesus and ask him, “Teacher, what good must I do to gain eternal life?” (Matthew 19:16). He then says to me, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to [the] poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me” (Matthew 19:21). I ask myself: What are the riches that I must share? I become aware of my weaknesses and entrust them to the Lord, offering myself with Jesus to be his missionary, free and confident that only God is enough. With Jesus during the day
May I learn how not to cling to this life, nor to people too much, and, above all, to let go of material things, knowing that what awaits us in Heaven will always be greater and better than any moment of extreme happiness lived on earth. I place my gift before the Lord and ask him to direct all my actions on this day. I entrust my past to him, so that I may learn from him how not to make the same mistakes. I give to him my future and my dreams. May I live now in the best possible way.

With Jesus in the night
At the end of the day, quiet your heart and calm your thoughts. How loving were you throughout the day? Do you recognize that you could have loved someone in a better way? Do you feel rejection or attachment to something or someone? Loving others in the right way is the path to freedom and fulfillment. What can you do differently to grow in freedom and love more according to God’s plan? Write down anything that is on your mind. Hail Mary…
