毎日のみ言葉と教皇の意向に合わせて、一緒に祈り、祈祷の使徒になるために、主イエスとともに生きましょう[1]

朝イエスと共に
子供のように
子どもが親を抱くのと同じように、自信を持って一日を受け入れましょう。「はっきり言っておく。子供のように神の国を受け入れる人でなければ、決してそこに入ることはできない。」（マコ10:15）。神はいつも両手を広げておられ、今日も例外ではなく、あなたのためにここにおられます。
この言葉を心に響かせてください。「たとえ大人であろうと、高齢者であろうと、親であろうと、責任ある立場にあろうと、心の底では神の子であることに変わりはない…。時に私たちは、あたかも自分が自分の存在の主人であるかのように、このことを忘れてしまう危険性がありますが、そうではなく、私たちは根本的に依存しているのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
神学生と修道者が常に主に依存する養成を忍耐強く行うことができるよう、捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。

日中イエスと共に
信じる喜び
今日一日、小休止を取りましょう。深呼吸をして、主に確信と喜びを持ち続けていたかどうかを見直してください。平安を失わせるようなことがあったなら、それを主の御手に委ねましょう。
修道者、修道女、神学生を心に思い浮かべ、神が彼らの養成に引き続き伴われるように。「教会は職業交響曲であり、すべての召命は一致し、多様であり、調和し、同時に、神の国の新しいいのちを世に放つために『出て行く』のです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
神はあなたを抱き、残りの一日を伴います。新たな勇気をもって一日に戻りましょう。
毎月の祈りの意向を祈りましょう。

一日を振り返って、神の優しさに心を開いていた瞬間を認識しましょう。神の喜びと平安の中にとどまる恵みに感謝しましょう。
良い瞬間を見失いませんでしたか？そこから何を学びましたか？
否定的なことは脇に置き、明日をより良い気質で生きる決意をしましょう。神は、明日あなたが経験するかもしれない矛盾の中にあっても、喜びと陽気さの中で成長する恵みをあなたに与えています。
「主の祈り」と祈りながら、一日を締めくくりましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
Being like children
Embrace the day with the same confidence that a child embraces his parents. “Amen, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it” (Mk 10:15). God always has open arms and today is no exception, he is here for you.
Let these words resound in your heart… “Children remind us that we are always sons and daughters: even if we are adults, or elderly, even if we are parents, even if we occupy a position of responsibility, deep down we are still children of God… Sometimes we run the risk of forgetting this, as if we were the masters of our existence, and instead we are radically dependent” (Pope Francis).
Pray the offering prayer asking that seminarians and religious persevere in a formation that always makes them dependent on the Lord.

With Jesus during the day
The joy of believing
Take a pause in this day. Take a deep breath and review if you remained confident and joyful in the Lord. If there was something that made you lose your peace, and place it in the Lord’s hands.
Bring to my mind the religious men and women and seminarians, so that God may continue to accompany them in their formation. “…the Church is a vocational symphony, with all vocations united and diverse, in harmony and at the same time “going forth” to radiate in the world the new life of the Kingdom of God” (Pope Francis).
God embraces you and accompanies you for the rest of the day, return to the day with renewed courage.
Pray the monthly prayer intention.

Harvest
In reviewing the day, try to recognize the moments when you were open to God’s tenderness. Be grateful for the grace to remain in His joy and peace.
Did you lose sight of those good moments? What could you learn from them?
Put the negative aside and resolve to live tomorrow with a better disposition. God has given you the grace to grow in joy and good cheer even in the midst of the contradictions you may experience tomorrow.
Close the day praying an Our Father.
