マリアと共に
聖なるマリア、教会の母、「婦人よ、御覧なさい。あなたの子です」、「見なさい。あなたの母です。」（ヨハネ 19:25-34）。この日を、自分が神からだけでなく、マリアからも愛されている息子また は娘であることを知る喜びとともに始めましょう。イエスは、その限りない愛 のうちに、十字架上で死ぬ前の最も苦しい瞬間に、母と愛する弟子 に向かってこう言われたのです：「あなたの息子がいます…あなたの母がいます」。
教皇フランシスコはこう語る： 「福音を宣べ伝えるためには、善をあかしするだけでは十分ではありません。キリスト者は善を行うが、悪に耐える」。マリアが私たちに同じ献身を与えてくださり、私たちが日々、兄弟姉妹 と共にこの献身を生きることができますように。

今日一日の困難に直面して、絶望や失望に打ちひしがれた瞬間のために、赦しを求め てください。
明日をひたむきに、心を開いて生きる力をくださいと祈りながら「主の祈り」を唱えましょう。

With Mary
Holy Mary, Mother of the Church, “Woman, behold your son… son, behold your Mother” (Jn 19:25-34). Begin this day, with the joy of knowing that you are a son or daughter loved not only by God, but by Mary, since Jesus, in his infinite love, in his moment of greatest pain, before dying on the cross, said to his mother and the beloved disciple: “There is your son… there is your mother”.
Pope Francis tells us: “In order to proclaim the Gospel, it is not enough to bear witness to good; one must also know how to bear evil. The Christian does good, but endures evil”. May Mary inspire us with her same dedication so that you can live it with your brothers and sisters every day.
May the strength of this love accompany you in living this day. End your prayer by praying the prayer of offering for this month’s prayer intention…. With Mary I offer you my day.

She knew how to live the will of God discerning in every moment; likewise, Pope Francis invites us this month: “May you grow in your life in your relationship with others, in listening to the problems, wounds and needs of the men and women of today. Amen.”

Loving hope
As you are preparing to end your day, stop and take this moment to think through all that you have lived, with the hope that you have done it from God’s will. It is time to stop, take a deep breath and answer: How has your attitude been as a daughter or son of Mary? How have you helped other people to feel this way? Are you grateful for everything you have experienced this day.
Ask forgiveness for the moments in which you have been overcome by despair or disappointment in the face of the difficulties of the day.
Ask for strength to live tomorrow with dedication and openness.
Conclude by praying an Our Father.
