朝イエスと共に
あなたとの出会い
新しい一日が始まっています。喜びに満たされ、神に感謝しましょう。
今日、ヨハネは福音書の中でこう言っています：「イエスのなさったことは、このほかにも、まだたくさんある。わたしは思う。その一つ一つを書くならば、世界もその書かれた書物を収めきれないであろう。」（ヨハネ21：25）。この言葉を黙想してください： イエスについて、あなたに何を語りかけていますか？あなたの人生にどのように語りかけていますか？
教皇フランシスコはこう語ります： 「宣教は主との出会いから生まれます。すべてのキリスト教的活動、特に宣教はそこから始まります」。もしあなたが、イエスがあなたの人生に何をしてくださったかを語るとしたら： あなたは何と言いますか？いつ、どのようにイエスと出会いましたか？これらの思い出があなたの心にもたらす感情を感じてください。たくさんの愛に感謝しましょう。主との出会いの中で愛を深めていく決意をしましょう。
養成中の神学生がキリストとの個人的な出会いを召命の基盤とできるように、捧げる祈りをしましょう。

日中イエスと共に
あなたは不思議なことをしてくださいました
一日の中で一時停止し、イエスがあなたの人生になしてくださったことを味わい続けましょう。そのことに感謝し、また、教皇の言葉を思い起こしましょう： 「すべてのキリスト者の共通の使命は、私たちがイエスとともに、また教会であるイエスの共同体の中で経験することを、あらゆる状況において、喜びをもって、態度や言葉によって証しすることです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
教皇フランシスコの祈りの意向に添って、イエスに従うためにすべてを捨ててきた修道女、修道者、神学生のために祈りましょう。イエスが自分たちの人生に何をしてくださったか、イエスが自分たちをどのように変えてくださったかを常に心に留め、また「人間的、司牧的、霊的、共同体的な養成を通して、彼らが福音の信頼できる証人となるよう導く職業的な旅路の中で成長できるように」。
この意向のために今月の祈りを祈りましょう。

一日の終わりがやってきました。イエスがあなたの人生に何をしてくださったか、どのように変えてくださったか、喜びで満たしてくださったかを思い出すことから始めてください。イエスを思い出すことで、その日一日、あなたはどのように感じましたか？イエスのことを心に留めていましたか？
次の言葉を黙想してください： 「福音の喜びは、イエスに出会った人の心と全生涯を満たします。イエスに救われた人は、罪から、悲しみから、内面の空虚感から、孤独から解放されるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。

With Jesus in the morning
My meeting with you
A new day is beginning. Filled with joy, give thanks to God.
Today, John, in the Gospel, says:”And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written.” (Jn 21:25). Meditate on these words: What do they say to you about Jesus? How do they speak to your life?
Pope Francis tells us: “Proclamation is born from an encounter with the Lord; all Christian activity, especially mission, begins there”. If you were to recount what Jesus has done in your life: What would you say? When and how did you meet Him? Feel the emotions that these memories bring to your heart. Be grateful for so much love. Make a resolution to grow in love in your encounters with the Lord.
Make the prayer of offering so that the seminarians in formation may base their vocation on the personal encounter with Christ.

With Jesus during the day
You have done wonders
Pause in your day and continue to savor what Jesus has done in your life. Be grateful for it and reflect on these words of the Holy Father: “The common mission of all Christians is to witness with joy, in every situation, with attitudes and words, what we experience being with Jesus and in his community which is the Church” (Pope Francis).
Joining the prayer intention of Pope Francis, pray for the religious sisters, religious and seminarians, who have left everything to follow Jesus, that they may always keep in mind what he has done in their lives, how he has transformed them, and “that they may grow in their vocational journey through a human, pastoral, spiritual and community formation, which will lead them to be credible witnesses of the Gospel”.
Pray the prayer of the month for this intention.

The end of the day has come. Begin by remembering what Jesus has done in your life, how he has transformed it and filled it with joy. How did remembering him make you feel during the day? Did you keep him in mind?
Meditate on these words: “The joy of the Gospel fills the heart and the whole life of those who meet Jesus. Those who allow themselves to be saved by Him are freed from sin, from sadness, from inner emptiness, from isolation” (Pope Francis).
Review your day: did you let yourself be encountered by Jesus? How did He make himself present in your life today?
Reflect on how you want to live tomorrow. Filled with gratitude, prepare yourself to rest, saying: Our Father.
