兄弟姉妹であること
この新しい日の始まりに、イエスはあなたがたに一致を求め続けている： 「父よ、あなたがわたしの内におられ、わたしがあなたの内にいるように、すべての人を一つにしてください。彼らもわたしたちの内にいるようにしてください。そうすれば、世は、あなたがわたしをお遣わしになったことを、信じるようになります。」（ヨハネ17：21）。この言葉を心に響かせてください。この言葉はあなたに何を語りかけているのでしょうか？
教皇フランシスコの言葉を黙想してください： 「他者と一つになるために自分から出て行くことは、良いことです。共に生きること、互いに出会うこと、互いに抱き合うこと、支え合うこと（中略）もし私たちがその道を歩むことができたなら、それはとても良いことであり、とても癒されることであり、とても解放されることであり、とても希望に満ちたことでしょう！」。ステップ9の『心の道』にはこう書かれている： 「救い主イエス・キリストは、協力者の教会なしには存在しない。両者は御父の一つの夢であり、救いの神秘において両者の現実は不可分である。御父は御子を遣わし、御父は御子の使命に協力する弟子たちの教会を遣わします。私たちはキリスト・イエスにおいて固く結ばれた一つの体なのです」。

共同体の中で他の人たちと生活を共にすることによって、神学生が自分の召命と養成を生きることができるよう、あなたの一日を捧げてください。

ちょっと立ち止まって、あなたの一日を振り返ってみてください。どのように生きましたか？兄弟姉妹との出会いはどうでしたか？一致を育みましたか？教皇フランシスコは、一致のうちに生きることは「とても癒され、とても解放され、とても希望に満ちている」と断言しています。残りの一日をどのように過ごしたいですか？
教皇の祈りの意向に加わり、召命がきわめて共同体的な性格をもつ修道女、修道男、神学生のために祈りましょう。「養成の人間的側面が、十分なレベルの心理的・感情的成熟に達するための自己発見、自己受容、自己修練をもたらし、他者への真の贈り物となりますように」。
今月の祈りを全員のためにお祈りしましょう。

一致のために働きましたか？
夜が来ました。楽な姿勢で深呼吸をし、自分の感情を感じてください。一日を振り返ってください。この日、あなたは団結を生み出し、他者と出会い、他者を自分への贈り物として見つめるよう招かれました。あなたが経験したそれぞれの出会いを見直してください。どのように経験しましたか？あなたは一体感を生み出しましたか？どう感じましたか？神に感謝する。もし今日、兄弟姉妹とあなたを引き離すようなことがあったなら、神に赦しを求めましょう。
御父に一致の賜物を与えてくださるよう願いながら、休む準備をし、自分が御父の愛する子であることを感じながら、こう言って御父を賛美してください： 天におられる私たちの父よ…。

With Jesus in the morning
Being a brother or sister
At the beginning of this new day, Jesus continues to call you to unity: “That they may all be one, as you, Father, are one in me and I am one in you, so that they may be one in us and that the world may believe that you have sent me” (Jn 17:21). Let these words resound in your heart. What do they say to you?
Meditate on these words of Pope Francis: “To go out of oneself in order to unite with others does good. To live together, to meet each other, to hold each other’s arms, to support each other (…) If we could follow that path, it would be something so good, so healing, so liberating, so hopeful!”. The Way of the Heart in Step Nine tells us that: “There is no Savior Jesus Christ without the Church of collaborators, they are a single dream of the Father, both realities are inseparable in the mystery of salvation. The Father sends His Son, and He sends His Church of collaborating disciples in His mission. We are one body solidly united in Christ Jesus”.
To what do you feel invited to today, in a concrete way?
Offer your day for seminarians to live their vocation and formation by living their life with others in community.

Community
Take a moment to pause and reflect on your day. How have you lived it? How have your encounters with your brothers and sisters been? Have you fostered unity? Pope Francis affirms that living in unity is “so healing, so liberating, so hopeful” Have you experienced it? How would you like to live the rest of your day?
Joining in the Pope’s prayer intention, pray for religious women, men religious and seminarians, whose vocation has an eminently communitarian character, that “the human aspect of their formation may bring them self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-mastery to reach a sufficient level of psycho-affective maturity, and be an authentic gift of themselves to others.”
Pray the prayer of the month for all of them.

Did you work for unity?
Night has come, this day is over. In a comfortable position, take a deep breath and feel your emotions. Review your day. This day, you were invited to generate unity, to meet the other, to look at the other as a gift to you. Review each encounter you had. How did you experience it? Did you generate unity? How did you feel? Thank God. If there was something in your day that separated you from your brothers and sisters, ask God for forgiveness.
Prepare yourself to rest, asking the Father to give you the gift of unity and, feeling that you are His beloved child, praise Him saying: Our Father.
