朝イエスと共に
一つになる
神にどれほど愛されているかを思い起こすことから一日を始めましょう。イエスの言葉を聞いてください： 「聖なる父よ、わたしに与えてくださった御名によって彼らを守ってください。わたしたちのように、彼らも一つとなるためです。」（ヨハネ17：11）。イエスのこの祈りを想像し、耳を傾けてみてください。私たちを御父にゆだね、御父に大切にされていると感じることは、なんと美しいことでしょう！この体験を振り返ってください。
イエスの切望に耳を傾けてください： 「私たちが一つであるように、彼らが一つとなるように」。これはあなたにとってどういう意味ですか？他の人たちと一つになって生きているとき、あなたはどのように感じますか？また、一致を破るときは？
黙想する： 「私たちすべてのクリスチャンの課題は、私たちの間に分裂の場所を与えないこと、分裂の精神、嘘の父を私たちの中に入れないことです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
兄弟姉妹との交わりを育むために、今日の決意を立ててください。
今月の祈りの意向のために捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。

日中イエスと共に
一致のうちに成長する
一日の疲れを癒し、自分に問いかけてみましょう： どのように感じていますか？天におられる私たちの父よに大切にされていると感じましたか？どのような一致のしるしを経験しましたか？イエスがあなたのために祈られたように、今日、修道女性、修道男性、神学生のために、特にあなたが知っている人々のために、イエスとの友情によって兄弟姉妹との距離が縮まるように祈ってください。聖性の学校である共同体における生活を通して、他者との関係の中で、現代の男女の問題、傷、ニーズに深く耳を傾けながら成長することができますように。
「他者と共に生きること、あるいは他者と共に働くことは、間違いなく霊的成長の道である」（教皇フランシスコ）。
『心の道』のステップ9は、ネットワーク化された共同体の中で、この使命の経験を生きるよう私たちを招いている： 「このネットワークは、復活したキリストの憐れみの使命に協力するために、日々の生活を捧げることによって、どのような状況や生活状態にあっても、自分自身を利用できるようにする人々によって構成されています」。
今月の祈りの意向を祈りましょう。

一日を振り返る
一日の終わりに、ゆっくりと深呼吸をしてください。目覚めてからの一日を振り返ってください：自分の感覚、行った場所、出会いなど。
今日、私たちはイエスが御父に祈り、「私たちが一つであるように、彼らも一つとなるように」と願われるのを聞きました。教皇フランシスコは、「共同体の生活は……日々の小さなことの積み重ねで成り立っている」と断言しています。今日一日を振り返ってみてください。どのように感じましたか？『心の道』のステップ9に照らして、「祈りのネットワーク」の会員であること、そのことを知らせ、その活動を分かち合っているかどうかを考えてみてください。この賜物を主に感謝します。
分裂やねたみを生んでいませんか？もしそうなら、神に赦しを求めなさい。そしてこの反省から、明日をどのように生きたいかをイメージしてください。

With Jesus in the morning
Unity
Begin your day by remembering how much God loves you. Listen to these words of Jesus: “Holy Father, take care of those you have given me in your name, so that they may be one, as we are one” (Jn 17:11). Imagine Jesus praying this prayer and listen to Him. How beautiful it is to feel that he entrusts us to the Father, to feel cared for by him! Reflect on this experince.
Listen to Jesus’ longing: “That they may be one, as we are one”. What does this mean for you? How do you feel when you live in unity with others? And when you break unity?
Meditate: “The challenge for all of us Christians is: not to give place to division among us, not to let the spirit of division, the father of lies enter into us” (Pope Francis).
Make a resolution for today to nourish communion with your brothers and sisters.
Pray the offering prayer for the prayer intention of the month.

With Jesus during the day
Growing in unity
Take a break from your day and ask yourself: How do you feel? Have you felt cared for by the Father? What signs of unity have you experienced? Just as Jesus prayed for you, pray today for religious women, men religious and seminarians, especially for those you know, that their friendship with Jesus may bring them closer to their brothers and sisters.Through “their life in community – a school of holiness – may grow in their relationship with others, in deep listening to the problems, wounds and needs of the men and women of today.”
“Living or working with others is undoubtedly a path of spiritual development” (Pope Francis).
Step Nine of The Way of the Heart invites us to live this experience of mission in a networked community: “This network is made up of those who by the daily offering of their lives make themselves available to collaborate in the mission of compassion of the Risen Christ, in whatever situation or state of life they find themselves.”

With Jesus in the night
Review your day
At the end of the day, take a slow, deep breath. Review your day since you woke up: your sensations, the places you went, and the encounters you had.
Today, we listened to Jesus praying to the Father and asking “that they may be one, as we are one”. Pope Francis affirms that “community life… is made up of many small daily details”. Review your day: what details of unity did you have with others? How did this make you feel? In light of Step Nine of The Way of the Heart, consider whether you cultivate your membership in the Prayer Network, whether you make it known and share in its activities. Thank the Lord for this gift.
Have you given rise to division or envy? If so, ask God for forgiveness. And from this reflection, visualize how you want to live tomorrow.
