私は愛されている
復活祭のこの日曜日、「御父がわたしを愛されたように、わたしもあなたがたを愛した」（ヨハネ15:9）と唱え、イエスがあなたを愛し、あなたが出会うすべての人にイエスを愛するようにと心を動かされる深い愛について考えてみましょう。
あなたは周りの人々にどのように愛を示すことができますか？今日、身近な人のために何ができますか？あなたの内に、そしてあなたを通して、神の愛をどのように発見しますか？
あなたの生活の中に神の愛のしるしを見つけながら、今日一日を過ごしてください。
教会の使命のために、また教皇の祈りの意向のために、今日一日を捧げ、捧げる祈りをしてください。

日暮れ時、沈黙のうちに、「私たちを最後まで愛してくださる方」に寄り添う時間を持ちましょう。あなたが生きてきた一日を振り返り、御父があなたに与えてくださった偉大な賜物と恵みを思い浮かべてください。イエスはあなたを招いておられます： 「わたしがあなたがたを愛したように、互いに愛し合いなさい。」今日、あなたはどのように愛しましたか？何か違うことができますか？
数分間、イエスの御心の中で休息し、あなたに対するイエスの愛と、あなたが受けた愛を再現し、あなたの周りの人々に与えるようにという招きを感じてください。

With Jesus in the morning
I am loved
On this Sunday of Easter, begin the day recgonizing: “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you” (Jn 15:9) Reflect on the deep love with which Jesus loves you and moves you to love Him in every person you encounter.
How can you show your love to the people around you? What can you do today for someone close to you? How do you discover God’s love in you and through you?
Set out to live this day, finding the signs of God’s love in your life.
Offer your day for the mission of the Church and for the Pope’s prayer intention, praying the prayer of offering.

Belonging
Recall the words of Jesus in today’s Gospel: “If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. ” (Jn 15:9-16). Up to this hour of the day, what things, situations or persons have filled you with joy?
The Holy Father tells us that “it is an opportune moment to promote with thoughtful and prophetic determination, at all levels, a relaunching of ecclesiastical studies in the context of the new stage of the Church’s mission, characterized by the witness of the joy that flows from the encounter with Jesus and the proclamation of his Gospel.”
Pray for the challenge of the month, so that religious women, men religious and seminarians may grow in joy in their vocational journey.

With Jesus in the night
Love one another as I have loved you
At nightfall, take time in silence to be close with “the one who loves us to the end”. Reflect on the day you have lived and think of all the great gifts and graces the Father bestowed on you. Jesus has invited you: “Love one another as I have loved you”. What has been your way of loving today? What can you do differently?
Take a few minutes resting in the Heart of Jesus, feeling his love for you and the invitation to replicate the love you receive, to give it to the people around you.
