With Jesus in the morning
Start your day with thankfulness that the Lord has called you to share in his mission. “A sower went out to sow his seed.” (Lk 8: 4-15). Which piece of land will you find yourself in today? Who needs your listening, your time, or a simple yet effective smile? Try to sow a little life this day, in your work life, in your home and in your environment. You will see that something good will sprout. Write down a goal that embodies this task of sowing God’s goodness. Our Father…

With Jesus during the day
Set aside your activities and rest your body, heart, and soul. The Sower spreads his seed all around the Earth, without discriminating even against stones. All of us without distinction are chosen by God as receptacles of His love. Do you object to sharing your life with Him? Francis asks us to “structurally move towards a synodal Church, … an open place where everyone feels at home and can participate.” He welcomes this synodal invitation as an opportunity to offer you to all without leaving anyone on the periphery of your heart. With Jesus in the night
Regain your calm and take advantage of the stillness of the afternoon. Bring to the present all the graces received and thank God for them. Did you multiply the love you received for others? What did you sow with your thoughts, words and actions? Did you give yourself or did you reserve yourself hiding what you had to give? Ask for forgiveness if you need it and make a resolution for tomorrow. What will you do so that others benefit from your gifts? Before going to sleep, pray that you and others deepen the value of silence in order to find the Love of God, the only true joy. Hail Mary…
