With Jesus in the morning
Begin this Feast of the Lord’s Holy Cross in prayer. Look at Jesus and give him thanks. Often our apparent losses hide something more valuable. “Who,though he was in the form of God, did not regard equality with God something to be grasped. Rather, he emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, coming in human likeness; and found human in appearance, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, even death on a cross.” (Phil 2:6-11). With Jesus during the day
Stop for a few minutes and listen to the Lord who asks you: What worries you? What are you looking for? Pope Francis gives the answer to any evil: “The Cross of Jesus is the word with which God has responded to evil in the world. Sometimes it seems to us that God does not respond to evil and remains silent. Actually, God has spoken and answered; and his answer is the Cross of Christ. A word that is love, mercy, forgiveness.” You can join the list of those who find all the answers in Love. Move forward!

With Jesus in the night
Say goodbye to the ending day and become aware of what you experienced appreciating what the Lord has given you. Review all your experiences today. What have you put at the center of your conversations? What was the driving force behind your work, your service, or your life with family and friends? What has moved your heart? Try to take care of the spaces, activities and people that encourage you to be compassionate. Ask for tomorrow the grace to repair all damage through Love. Hail Mary…
