キリスト者の共同体に支えられて結婚の準備をすすめている若者たちのために祈りましょう。寛大さ、誠実さ、そして忍耐をもって、愛を育むことができますように。
Let us pray for young people who are preparing for marriage with the support of a Christian community: that they may grow in love, generosity, fidelity, and patience.

忠実な配偶者に対する無条件の愛を表す御顔である、
あなたの御子イエスのうちに、
わたしたちに御自身を現された恵み深い主よ、
今日、わたしたちは、
あなたから結婚の召命をいただいた多くの若者の人生を、
あなたにお捧げします。
あなたの聖霊が彼らを導き、
彼らの心を養い培ってください。
彼らがともに忍耐のうちに愛の旅路を成長していくことができますように。
また、彼らがいつも、日々の捧げを寛大に実践し、
忠実さと豊かさを喜びのうちに生きることができますように。
わたしたち共同体に光をお与え下さい。
わたしたちが共同体として、
彼らが夫婦としての計画を築き上げていくのを健全な判断をもって同伴し、
信仰のうちに彼らをサポートしていくことができますように。

聖霊がわたしをあなたの友、また使徒にし、
あなたのいつくしみのミッションに参与するものにしてくださいますように。
この祈りの世界ネットワークに携わる兄弟姉妹と心を合わせて、
わたしの喜びと希望、
働きと苦しみ、わたしが持っているもの、わたしの存在をすべて、
あなたの御手に委ねます。
聖母マリアとともに、教会のミッションと、教皇の今月の意向に合わせて、

- 結婚生活の召命を大切に育み、証ししましょう。
結婚の召命へと呼ばれている、身の周りの若者たちと会話するための時間を取りましょう。彼らの不安に耳を傾け、彼らの旅路に希望を与えるように努めましょう。また自分が語ったことを、自分自身の人生において、具体的に実践しましょう。「熱意と勇気をもって結婚という挑戦を受け入れることができるよう、若者の心の深奥に訴える、ことば、動機づけ、あかしを、私たちは見出す必要があります」（教皇フランシスコ『愛のよろこび』40）。 - 愛の旅路において忍耐のうちに成長しましょう。
愛する人たちと会話しましょう。語る前に考えたり、感じたりする時間を持ち、優しさをもって行動しましょう。「結婚と家庭におけるキリスト教的経験の本質である愛の地平において、もう一つの徳もまた浮き彫りにされます」（教皇フランシスコ『愛のよろこび』28）。 - 困難のときも忠実でありましょう。
困難な時期の只中にあっても、ゆるし合い、共通の未来を切り開くために、お互いの物語と旅路を、愛をもって見つめましょう。「現代世界においても、長い期間守り続けられただけでなく、共通の目標を目指し続け、愛情を温めてきた夫婦のあかしも評価されています」（教皇フランシスコ『愛のよろこび』38）。 - 心を開いて、真実のうちに、寛大に歩んでいきましょう。
すべてを一度に処理しようとするのではなく、一歩ずつ歩みを進めてゆきましょう。相手のことを常に考える余裕を持ち、また自分の考えや感情を愛をもって示しましょう。「夫婦の危機はしばしば、さっさと解決しようとして、忍耐し、確認し、ゆるし合い、和解し、自らを犠牲にする、そうした意気込みなしに扱われます」（教皇フランシスコ『愛のよろこび』41）。 - 献げと共同生活を喜びのうちに生きましょう。
相手から煩わしいことがもたらされたとしても、それを喜んで受け入れ、二人の一致を強めるようにしましょう。「夫婦は、生じて来る課題に立ち向かう力を持ち、決して孤独にはありません。神のたまものに、熱意と、創意と、忍耐と、日々の労苦をもってこたえるよう招かれています」（教皇フランシスコ『愛のよろこび』74）。

Pope’s Prayer Intention – The Beauty of Marriage
Let us pray for young people who are preparing for marriage with the support of a Christian community: that they may grow in love, generosity, fidelity, and patience.
Prayer
Gracious Lord that presented yourself to us in your son Jesus,
the face of the unconditional love of a loyal spouse,
today we offer you the lives of many young people
who have received the vocation to marriage from you.
May your Holy Spirit guide them and mold their hearts
so that they may grow together on the patient journey of love.
May they also continue to foster a daily offering of generosity,
an earned fidelity, and a joyful fertility.
Enlighten our commmunities
so that they may accompany them with sound judgement in the building up of their common project,
supporting them in their seaching and faith.
Amen.
Offering Prayer
Good Father, I know You are with me.
Here I am on this new day.
Place my heart once more
next to the Heart of your Son Jesus,
who is giving himself for me and who comes to me in the Eucharist.
May your Holy Spirit make me Your friend and apostle,
available for your mission of compassion.
I place in Your hands my joys and hopes,
my works and sufferings, everything that I am and have,
in communion with my brothers and sisters of this Worldwide Prayer Network.
With Mary, I offer you my day for the mission of the Church
and for the prayer intentions of the Pope and my Bishop for this month.

Proposals for the month
- Cherish and demonstrate the vocation of married life.
I will take time to have a conversation with young people around me who are called to the vocation of matrimony; I will try to listen to their worries and give them hope on the journey. I will embody in my life the things that I talk about. “We need to find the words, the motivation, and the witness that helps to touch the hearts of young people, where they are most capable of generosity, of commitment, of love and even heroism, in order to invite them to accept the challenge of matrimony with enthusiasm and bravery” (Pope Francis, Amoris laetitia 40). - Grow in patience on the journey of love.
I will be in conversation with those whom I love, taking time to think and feel before speaking, and acting with gentleness. “On the horizon of love, central to the Christian experience of marriage and family, another virtue stands out as well, largely ignored in these times of frantic and shallow relationships: gentleness” (Pope Francis, Amoris laetitia 28). - Be faithful in times of difficulty.
In the middle of difficult times, I will look with love at the mutual story and journey forgiving us and opening a common future. “In the world today, the testimony of married people who have no only endured through time, but rather who have kept sustaining a shared project and preseved affection is also appreciated” (Pope Francis, Amoris laetitia 38). - Walk with openness, truth, and generosity.
I will be available to take one step at a time without looking to deal with everything at once, making space for the other and demonstrating with love my ideas and feelings. “Marriage crises frequently present themselves in a shallow manner and without the bravery of patience, sincere dialogue, mutual forgiveness, reconciliation, and sacrifice” (Pope Francis, Amoris laetitia 41). - Rejoice at the devotion and shared life.
I will joyfully accept the inconveniences that the other presents, strengthening our union. “Spouses will never be alone in their own efforts to confront the challeges that they face. They are called to respond to God’s gift with determination, creativity, endurance, and daily struggle, but they will always be able to call upon the Holy Spirit who has sanctified their union so that the grace received can present itself again in each new situation” (Pope Francis, Amoris laetitia 74).
