奉仕の召命
今日の福音の言葉から一日を始めましょう： 「あなたがたの中で偉くなりたい者は、皆に仕える者になり、 いちばん上になりたい者は、すべての人の僕になりなさい。」（マコ10：43-44）。少し時間をとって、この御言葉を心に響かせてください……。
奉仕、他者のために寄り添うこともまた召命であり、それは可用性、良い態度、喜び、祈りによって養われる……。「今日、奉仕に忠実なしもべイエスを思い起こしましょう。私たちは奉仕者であり、私たちの召命は奉仕することであって、教会における自分の立場を利用することではありません。仕えること。常に奉仕のうちに」（教皇フランシスコ）。
今日、あなたはイエスに倣う新しい機会を得ました。一日のうちに、自分の奉仕の態度がどうなっているかを見直してみてください。
奉献生活に向けて養成されている人たちが、主との個人的で深い友情のうちに奉仕の可能性を根付かせることができるように、捧げる祈りをしてください。

賜物を分かち合う
今日の午後は休憩を取り、一日の中での奉仕の原動力を見直しましょう。奉仕は召命でもあります。シスター、修道者、神学生を思い浮かべ、彼らの養成の中で、他者への奉仕を豊かにする賜物が強められるように祈ってください。
「…聖霊の賜物は常に新しいいのちを持ち、時と場所のあらゆる状況において再生され、再発明される…」（教皇フランシスコ）という言葉を黙想してください。
自分の賜物を他の人のために役立てることを目標に一日を過ごしましょう：家族の中で、職場で、友人と……。
今月の祈りの意向のために祈りましょう。

あなたは奉仕しましたか？
一日の終わりを迎え、明かりが消え、活動が終わり、あなたは休む準備をします。目を閉じて、あなたが生きなければならなかったことの中に主の存在を認めることができるよう、主に助けを求めてください。あなたは奉仕することができましたか？夜明けから今までの自分の行動を振り返って、奉仕の姿勢を保っていたかどうかを認識してください。
今日の喜びと、自分の賜物を分かち合う機会に感謝しましょう。
また、つまずきを振り返り、明日改善できることに気づくためにもっと注意を払うことを目標にしましょう。
「天におられる私たちの父よ…」と唱えましょう。

The vocation of service
Begin the day with these words from today’s Gospel: “…whoever wishes to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first must be slave of all…” (Mk 10:43-44). Take a moment to let these words resonate in your heart….
Service, being there for others, is also a vocation that is nourished by availability, a good attitude, joy, prayer…. “Let us think today of Jesus, the servant, faithful in service. […] Let us think of each one of us, part of the people of God: we are servants, our vocation is to serve, not to take advantage of our place in the Church. To serve. Always in service” (Pope Francis).
Today you have a new opportunity to imitate Jesus, during the day review how your attitude of service is going.
Make the offering prayer for the people who are being formed for the consecrated life so that their availability to serve may take root in a personal and deep friendship with the Lord.

Sharing the gifts
Take a break this afternoon and review the dynamics of service in your day. Service is also a vocation. Bring to mind the sisters, religious and seminarians, pray that in their formation, they will strengthen the gifts that enrich their service to others.
Meditate on these words “…the gifts of the Spirit have an ever new life, and in every circumstance of time and place they are regenerated and reinvented…” (Pope Francis).
Continue the day with the goal to put your gifts at the service of others: in your family, in your work, with friends….

Have you served?
Welcome the end of the day, the lights go out, the activities come to a close and you prepare yourself to rest. Close your eyes and ask the Lord to help you recognize his presence in what you have had to live. Have you been able to serve? Look at your actions from dawn until now and recognize if you have maintained an attitude of service.
Give thanks for the joys of today and for the opportunities to share your gifts.
And also review your stumbles, with the goal to pay more attention to recognize what you can improve tomorrow.
