朝イエスと共に
主があなたを遣わされるところに行きなさい
一日の初めに、今日の福音にあるイエスの言葉を心に受け取りましょう： 「…わたしは世の終わりまで、いつもあなたがたと共にいる。」（マタイ28：20）。このイエスの言葉は、あなたの心に何を鼓舞しますか？今日、あなたはこの言葉をどのように生きることができますか？
神が決してあなたを見捨てないことを知る喜びを、あなたの心に満たしてください。主よ、あなたが私たちの今日の中心であり、あなたから目を離すことがありませんように。
この瞬間、イエスに言おう： 私たちは、あなたが導いてくださるところに行き、あなたが教えてくださることを実行します。なぜなら、私たちはあなたに信頼を置いているからです。「福音への情熱が生まれるのは、その人の人格や学問-それは確かに助けになる-ではなく、キリストとの出会いなのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
人生を変え、私たちを送り出してくださるキリストとのこの出会いによって、神学生が生き、養われるよう、捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。

日中イエスと共に
選ばれ、遣わされる
この言葉を一時停止して黙想してください： 「召命とは、神が私たち一人ひとりにかけてくださる個人的な呼びかけです。私たちは皆、選ばれた者であると同時に、イエスとのユニークで個人的な関係の中で幸せになるために遣わされた者でもあるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
修道者、女子修道者、神学生は、私の祈りによって強められなければならない道を歩んでいます。「一人ひとりが、自分の人生における神の呼びかけを感謝をもって発見し、神に “はい “と言う勇気を見いだし、キリストへの信仰をもって疲労に打ち勝つことができるように……」（教皇フランシスコ）。何が心に響くのか？沈黙の時を持ちましょう。
一日を振り返り、自分を新たにし、何をするにも自分のベストを尽くし、主がどこにおられようとも、主によって自分が遣わされるように…。
毎月の祈りの意向を祈りましょう。

休息
一日の活動を終えて、眠る準備をしている今、私たちは一日を振り返り、出会い、笑顔、活動の中で、神が兄弟たちを通して私たちに送ってくださった賜物を確認します。今日受け取ったすべての良いものに感謝しよう。
そして、主の愛の妨げとなった落胆、悲しみ、怒りの瞬間の赦しを求めます。
主よ、あなたの愛する子どもとして明日を生きる恵みをお与えください。
天におられる私たちの父よ…。

With Jesus in the morning
Go wherever He sends you
At the beginning of the day, receive in your heart the words of Jesus in today’s Gospel: “… and know that I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Mt 28:20). What do these words of Jesus inspire in you? How can you live them today?
Let the joy of knowing that God never abandons you fill your heart. Lord, may you be the center of our day today, may we not take our eyes off you.
Let us say at this moment to Jesus: We will go where you lead us and we will do what you tell us, because we have placed our trust in you, our life with you is transformed. “What gives rise to a passion for the Gospel is not a person’s personality or studies – which can certainly help – but the encounter with Christ” (Pope Francis).
Pray the prayer of offering so that the seminarians may live and be nourished by this encounter with Christ who transforms life and sends us forth.

With Jesus during the day
Chosen and sent
Pause and meditate on these words: “Vocation is a personal call that God makes to each one of us. We are all chosen, but also sent to be happy in the unique and personal relationship with Jesus” (Pope Francis).
Religious men, women religious and seminarians have a path that needs to be strengthened with my prayer. “…that each one may discover with gratitude the call of God in his life, find the courage to say “yes” to him, overcome fatigue with faith in Christ…” (Pope Francis). What resonates in the heart? Take a moment of silence…
Go back through the day, renew yourself and put the best of yourself in whatever you do, letting yourself be sent by the Lord wherever He is….
Pray the monthly prayer intention.

With Jesus in the night
Rest
It is time to rest, now that we are getting ready to leave the activities of the day and get ready to sleep, we review the day and identify the gifts that God sent to us through our brothers, in the encounters, smiles, activities. Let us give thanks for all the good things we received today.
And we ask for forgiveness for the moments of discouragement, sadness and anger in which we were an impediment to the love of the Lord.
Give us the grace Lord to live tomorrow as your beloved children.
