信頼
いのちの賜物である神に感謝して一日を始めなさい。神の言葉に耳を傾けなさい： 「その喜びをあなたがたから奪い去る者はいない。」（ヨハネ16：22）。今日しなければならないこと、心配なこと、解決しなければならないさまざまな状況を思い浮かべます。そしてその前に、もう一度イエスの言葉に耳を傾け、その言葉を吸い込み、あなたの全身にその言葉があふれるようにしてください。
教皇フランシスコの次の言葉を黙想してください： 「喜びを奪われることを許してはなりません」。
今日、あなたの喜びを奪うものに注意を払い、そのようなものがあなたの一日を支配しないようにしましょう。喜びという賜物を大切にすることができるよう、主に助けを求めましょう。
あなたの一日を神の御手に委ね、あなた自身を神に委ねてください。主の復活の喜びのうちにその日を生きる準備をしましょう。

一日を終えるとき、ゆっくりと息を吸い、自分が経験したことを振り返ってみてください。喜びをもって生きましたか？喜びを奪うようなことはありませんでしたか？

あなたは神の臨在に気づいていましたか？どのような人、しぐさ、言葉、状況の中にそれを発見しましたか？今日、感謝すべきことは何ですか？神に感謝し、明日をどう生きたいかを考えましょう。
御父の御手の中に身を置き、祈りましょう： 天におられる私たちの父よ…。

With Jesus in the morning
Trust
Begin your day thanking God for the gift of life. Listen to His words: “No one will be able to take away your joy” (Jn 16:22).Visualize what you have to do this day, what worries you, the different situations to resolve. And before all that, listen again to the words of Jesus, breathe them in and let them flood your whole being.
Meditate on the following words of Pope Francis: “Let us not allow ourselves to be robbed of joy!”.
Today, pay attention to those things that take away your joy so as not to let them inhabit your day. Ask the Lord to help you take care of the gift of joy.
Put your day in God’s hands, entrust yourself to Him. Prepare yourself to live it in the joy of His Resurrection.

Take a moment to pause and be grateful for what you have experienced up to this moment. Reflect and discover God’s presence and love in everything. How do you want to continue living your day?
Meditate on these words of Pope Francis, “Are we not sometimes too caught up in ourselves, in things and in the intense rhythms of each day, to the point of forgetting God who is always there?”
Pray for the Pope’s prayer intention: that religious women, men religious and seminarians may grow in their vocational journey through a human, pastoral, spiritual and community formation that leads them to be credible witnesses of the Gospel.

Discovering Your presence
As you end your day, take a slow breath and review what you have experienced. Did you live it with joy? Was there anything that took away your joy?
Meditate on this phrase of Pope Francis: “Every day the Lord visits us, speaks to us, reveals himself to us in unexpected ways”.
Were you aware of God’s presence? In what people, gestures, words or situations did you discover it? What do you have to be grateful for this day? Thank God and think about how you want to live tomorrow.
Place yourself in the hands of the Father, praying: Our Father….
