朝イエスと共に
喜び
イエスの次の言葉で一日を始めましょう： 「あなたがたは悲しむが、その悲しみは喜びに変わる。」（ヨハネ16：20）。あなたが悲しみでいっぱいになるような個人的、家族的、社会的な状況を心に浮かべてください。イエスの言葉をもう一度聞いてください： 「あなたの悲しみは喜びに変わる」。あなたが思い浮かべた状況を、この言葉に照らしてください。
「福音の喜びは、イエスに出会った人の心と全生涯を満たします。イエスによって救われることを受け入れる人は、罪から、悲しみから、内なる空虚から、孤独から解放されるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
養成過程にある修道者が、神の国のために他の人々とともに働き、真の合一性の体験に自らを開くことができるように、あなたの一日をささげてください。

今朝、どのような具体的な瞬間に福音の喜びを体験したでしょうか？
修道女、男子修道者、神学生が、「イエスとの出会いから流れ出る喜びを、新たな熱意をもって、いつもあかしし、宣べ伝えることができますように」（教皇フランシスコ）、また、福音の信頼できるあかし人となるよう導く人間的、司牧的、霊的、共同体的養成を通して、職業的旅路の中で成長することができますように。
毎月の祈り：… 彼らの司牧的養成が、他者への奉仕と協力の気質へと彼らを開くことができるように。イエスの模範にならって、貧しい人々や疎外された人々への特別な愛と親しみを培うことができるように。

深呼吸をして、今日一日を振り返ってみてください。どのように生きましたか？あなたの心に何が宿りましたか？今日、イエスは喜びをもって生きるようにとあなたを招きましたが、あなたはイエスに愛されていると感じる喜びを経験しましたか？それとも、どんな感情があなたの一日に溢れましたか？
沈黙しましょう。あなたが生きてきたことに感謝し、明日をイメージしてください。どのように生きたいですか？
神とその愛に包まれながら、休む準備をしてください。

With Jesus in the morning
Joy
Begin your day with these words of Jesus: “You will be sad, but your sadness will be transformed into joy” (Jn 16:20). Bring to your mind and heart the personal, family and social situations that fill you with sadness. Listen again to the words of Jesus: “Your sadness will be transformed into joy”. Let these words illuminate the situations you brought to mind.
“The joy of the Gospel fills the heart and the whole life of those who meet Jesus. Those who allow themselves to be saved by Him are freed from sin, from sadness, from inner emptiness, from isolation” (Pope Francis).
Offer your day for the religious in formation so that they may work with others for the Kingdom of God, and open themselves to experiences of true synodality.

Take a moment to pause and ask yourself, in what concrete moments this morning did you experience the joy of the Gospel?
Pray that religious women, men religious and seminarians “may always witness and proclaim, with renewed enthusiasm, the joy that flows from an encounter with Jesus” (Pope Francis), and that they may grow in their vocational journey through a human, pastoral, spiritual and community formation that leads them to be credible witnesses of the Gospel.
Pray the monthly prayer… That their pastoral formation may open them to a disposition of service
and collaboration with others, cultivating, after the example of Jesus, a special love and closeness to the poor and marginalized.

Did you experience joy?
Take a deep breath and review your day: the encounters, the faces, the places. How did you live it? What inhabited your heart? Today Jesus invited you to live with joy; did you experience the joy of feeling loved by Him? Or, what feelings have flooded your day?
Be silent. Be grateful for what you have lived and visualize tomorrow. How do you want to live it?
Prepare yourself to rest, feeling engulfed in God and his love.
