義の精神
今日の初めに、主とともにいる準備をしましょう。息を吸い込むたびに、主の正義の霊があなたの人生に臨み、息を吐き出すたびに、主から遠ざかるものを吐き出すことを認識しましょう。息を吸って吐くことを3回繰り返してください。あなたの全存在が主イエスと共にいる準備ができていることを感じ取ってください。今日、主は私たちにこう言われます： 「実を言うと、わたしが去って行くのは、あなたがたのためになる。わたしが去って行かなければ、弁護者はあなたがたのところに来ないからである。わたしが行けば、弁護者をあなたがたのところに送る。」（ヨハネ16：5-11）。
今日、あなたの揺るぎない信仰を受け入れる主の恵みを謙虚に求めましょう。あらゆる経験に内在する教訓を見極め、それをあなたの人生における神の存在として認識しましょう。祈りと瞑想の静けさの中で、御霊とのつながりを深め、神の神聖な導きに心を同調させなさい。信頼と謙遜をもって、信仰の旅を続け、神の臨在が常に存在し、常に愛し、常に賢明であることを知ってください。

私は、御父が私と共にいてくださることを知っています。
今日の午後、養成過程にあるすべての修道男女を心に思い浮かべるために、しばらくの間、一時停止してください。5月の祈りの意向を祈りながら、「”今日、私たちは修道男女と神学生のためにあなたに祈ります。彼らの召命への応答には、その人のあらゆる側面を包含するキリスト教的成熟に向けた生涯にわたる養成過程が必要だからです」。
御父よ、彼らの養成過程に寄り添う人たちが、新しい道を開くよう励ましてください： 「福音をあらゆるところで宣べ伝える用意のある精神をもって、自分の教区、国、教団の枠を超えて、教会全体の必要を助けることに慣れるように、司牧的配慮は学生の養成全体に存在しなければなりません」（教皇フランシスコ）。
教皇のこの祈りの意向のために、今月の祈りを捧げましょう。

神に愛されましょう。自分を神に捧げ、終わろうとしているこの日に神の祝福を受けましょう。「主があなたを祝福し、守ってくださいますように。主が御顔を輝かせ、慈しんでくださるように。主があなたに愛のまなざしを向け、平安を与えてくださるように」。
すべての者の御父にその祝福を感謝し、明日からすべての人を愛することができる愛に満ちた心を与えてくださいと願い求めてください。
主があなたに託された慈愛の使命のために、あなたが献身的な友となり、使徒となることができますように。主の導きと目的にあなた自身を完全にささげ、どこに行っても愛と優しさを広めることができますように。

Spirit of Righteousness
At the beginning of this day, prepare yourself to be with the Lord. Recognize that each time you inhale, His Spirit of justice comes into your life, and each time you exhale, you let out that which distances you from Him. Inhale and exhale three times. Feel how your whole being is ready to be with the Lord Jesus. Today You tell us: “But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you” (John 16:5-11).
Today, humbly seek the grace of the Lord to embrace your unwavering faith. Discern the lessons inherent in every experience, and recognize them as Gods presence in your life. In the stillness of prayer and meditation, cultivate a deeper connection with the Spirit, attuning your heart to His divine guidance. With trust and humility, continue on this journey of faith, knowing that the divine presence is ever-present, ever-loving, and ever-wise.
End your prayer by praying the offering prayer and remembering the Pope’s prayer intention for this month.

Pause for a moment this afternoon to bring to your heart all religious men and women in formation. As we pray the monthly prayer for the May intention, “today we pray to You for religious men and women and seminarians, for the response to their vocation requires a life-long process of formation towards Christian maturity, which embraces all the dimensions of the person”.
Inspire, Father, those who accompany their formative process to encourage them to open new paths: “pastoral concern must be present in the entire formation of the students, so that they become accustomed to go beyond the boundaries of their own diocese, nation or rite and help the needs of the whole Church, with a spirit ready to preach the Gospel everywhere” (Pope Francis).

Make yourself available
Let yourself be loved by God. Give yourself to Him and receive His blessing on this day that is ending. “May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you. May the Lord turn his loving gaze upon you and give you peace.”
Thank the Father of all for His blessing and ask him to give you a loving heart, able to love all tomorrow.
May you contiune to be a devoted friend and apostle to the mission of compassion that the Lord intrusts to you. Offer youself fully to His guidance and purpose, spreading love and kindness wherever you go.
