心をひとつにしよう
新しい一日が始まるとき、新しい一日の光に燃え上がることのないすべての被造物に心を合わせよう。「全地よ、主に向かって叫べ、私たちは主の民なのだから」（詩編99）と。
聖フランシスコの知恵に倣って、すべての被造物が神の大切な子であることを認識しましょう。兄弟愛と連帯の精神に基づき、私たちの内に神の愛が宿っていることを喜びをもって認識し、この日を迎えることができますように。この愛に力づけられ、世界に飛び出し、その変革の力を証ししましょう。私たちの生活が、そしてすべての修道者の生活が、祈りのうちにしっかりと固定されるよう願いながら、祈りのうちに心を上げて結びとしましょう。

日中イエスと共に
真の友との出会い
沈黙の時を持ち、今日、真の友が私たちに語ってくれたことを思い出しながら、真の友と出会ってください： 「私は道であり、真理であり、命である」（ヨハネ14：6）。たとえ悩み、ストレス、疲れ、無関心なときがあったとしても、あなたの旅路の中で主を認識するための強さを主に求めてください…。養成過程にある修道者が、生活の中でキリストの中に “道 “を見出すことができるように、イエスに祈りましょう。
教皇は、「現代における緊急の課題は、神の民全体が、福音化の新たな段階を””精神をもって””引き受ける準備をすることである」と告げています。そのためには、””決然とした識別、清め、改革のプロセスが必要であり、そのプロセスの中で、聖職者学システムの適切な刷新が戦略的な役割を果たすよう求められている」と続いて言っています。
養成中の修道者と神学生のために毎月の祈りを祈りましょう。

主の臨在のうちに
今日一日の終わりに、あなたが生きた一瞬一瞬を振り返り、反省してください： 今日のあなたの奉仕の仕方はどうでしたか？キリストがされたように、あなたはそれをしましたか？もっとうまくできることはありますか？
あなたが学んだ一つひとつの教訓に感謝し、聖霊の光があなたを啓発し、もっと主を愛し、主に仕えることができるようにと願い求めましょう。
天におられる私たちの父よ…。

With Jesus in the morning
Let us unite our hearts
As this new day begins, let us unite our hearts to all creation that is unfloding to the light of the new day. Let us say : “Shout to the Lord, all the earth, for we are his people” (Ps 99).
Echoing the wisdom of St. Francis, let us recognize that every creature is a cherished child of God. In the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity, may we embark on this day with the joyous awareness of God’s love dwelling within us. Empowered by this love, let us venture forth into the world, bearing witness to its transformative power. Let us conclude by lifting our hearts in prayer, asking that our lives, and the lives of all religious, be firmly anchored in prayer.

With Jesus during the day
Encounter with the true Friend
Take a moment of silence to meet with your true Friend, remembering what He told us today: “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life” (Jn 14:6). Ask the Lord for the stregnth to recognize Him in your journey, even if at times there are worries, stress, tiredness, and indifference… Pray to Jesus so that religious in formation may find in Christ “the way” in the midst of their lives.
The Pope tells us that “the urgent task in our time is for the whole People of God to prepare themselves to undertake “with spirit” a new stage of evangelization. This requires “a determined process of discernment, purification and reform” and, within that process, the appropriate renewal of the system of ecclesiastical studies is called to play a strategic role”.
Pray the monthly prayer for religious and seminarians in formation.

At the end of this day, review each moment you have lived and reflect on: How was your way of service today? Did you do it as Christ would do it? What can you do better?
Be grateful for each of the lessons you learned and ask that the Light of the Holy Spirit enlighten you to love and serve Him more.
