神は私たちをとても愛しておられる！
「神は、その独り子をお与えになったほどに、世を愛されたのである。これが世界の贖いの神秘の意味である。私たちは、御父がイエスにおいて私たちに与えてくださった偉大な贈り物の価値を十分に理解しなければなりません。あなたにとって、贖われたと感じるとはどういうことですか？あなたの心に耳を澄ませ、あなたの存在から湧き出る意味を与えてください。
主が与えてくださる自由と安心に感謝しましょう。もしあなたが主に帰依するなら、主はあなたを守ってくださいます。主があなたの岩となり、いつも近くにいる要塞となるようにしましょう。

命を捧げるほどに愛するために
仕事の手を止め、御父と過ごす時間を持ちましょう。御父の存在を感じ、御父があなたの岩、贖い、自由、安心、避難所となることを受け入れてください。御父の伴奏があなたに平安と保護を与えてくださるようにしてください。
教皇フランシスコの次の言葉を振り返り、常に自慢しないようにしましょう： 「神にとっての栄光は、人間的な成功や名声や人気とは異なり、自己顕示的なものでもなく、大衆の喝采を浴びるような壮大な権力の誇示でもありません。栄光とは神にとって、命を捧げるほどに愛することです」。自らを讃える “の意味は、”自らを捧げる”、”自らを利用しやすくする”、”愛を捧げる “ということなのです。

あなたの愛が私を守ります
あなたの一日を集めてください。御父の愛は、守り、憐れみ、優しさを与えるようにできています。あなたの存在の最も深い繊維の中で、それがあなたを侵し、覆い、あなたを”憐れみで震え”させるようにしてください。あなたがどんなにひどいことをしたとしても、何も変わることはないのだから。最初の反応はいつも、御父が両手を広げてあなたを歓迎することなのだから。その無限の愛の賜物によって、あなたの心が感動し、憐れみのうちに変化するのを許してください。
今日、御父の愛に感謝し、明日、兄弟姉妹とのすべての出会いの中で御父を歓迎することを決意しましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
God loves us so much!
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (Jn. 3:16). This, in synthesis, is the meaning of the mystery of the redemption of the world. We must fully understand the value of the great gift that the Father has given us in Jesus. What does it mean for you to feel redeemed? Listen attentively to your heart, giving it the meaning that springs from your being.
Be grateful for the freedom and security that the Lord gives you. For if you take refuge in Him, He will protect you. Allow Him to become your rock and fortress always near.
End your prayer by praying for the formation of religious men and women and seminarians.

With Jesus during the day
To love to the point of giving my life
Take a moment to stop your work and spend time with the Father. Feel His presence and allow Him to be your rock, redemption, freedom, security, and refuge. Allow His accompaniment give you peace and protection.
Reflect on the following words of Pope Francis, so as to avoid boasting at all times: “Glory, for God, does not correspond to human success, to fame or popularity: it is not self-referential, it is not a grandiose manifestation of power followed by the applause of the public. For God, glory is to love to the point of giving one’s life”. The meaning of “to glorify oneself” is “to give oneself”, “to make oneself accessible” and “to offer love”.

With Jesus in the night
Your love protects me
Gather your day. The Father’s love is made to protect, to pity and to give tenderness. In the deepest fibers of your being, allow it to invade and overtake you, making you “shudder with compassion”. For anything, however terrible you have done, is changed; for the Fathers first reaction is always to open His arms and welcome you. Allow your heart to be moved and changed in compassion through the infinite gift of the Father’s Love.
Be grateful for the Fathers love on this day and resolve to welcome Him tomorrow in all your encounters with your brothers and sisters.
