朝イエスと共に
私の愛にとどまりなさい
沈黙の時を持ち、今日、主に耳を傾ける準備をしてください。主とともに歩み、私たちを養ってくださる主の言葉に耳を傾けるように。
その時、イエスは弟子たちに言われた： 「御父がわたしをおられるように、わたしもあなたがたを愛している。私の愛にとどまりなさい」（ヨハネ15：9）。今日、イエスがあなたに言われたことをもう一度ゆっくりと繰り返してください： 「御父がわたしをおられるように、わたしもあなたがたを愛している。私の愛にとどまりなさい。沈黙の時を持ち、この言葉を思い出してください。この言葉があなたの心にゆっくりと落ちていくのを感じてください。それは、染み入る雫のように、あなたを魅了する愛です。
最後に、私たちを養ってくださる主の言葉に感謝します。この世界的な祈りのネットワークのすべての人々と交わりながら、すべての祈りを捧げる。

「御父がわたしを愛されるように、わたしもあなたがたを愛するのである。」(ヨハネ15：9）あなたは主の愛にとどまっていますか？今日、あなたは御父から愛されていると感じる上で、どのような行動や態度をとりましたか？
奉献生活への準備を進めている人たちが、驚きと喜びに満ちた愛にとどまりながら、新たな創造的な方法で勉学に励むことができるように、残りの一日を捧げてください。「今こそ、教会が統合され、”出て行く “教会の宣教的変容が要求する賢明で勇気ある刷新を教会学に与える時が来たのです 」（教皇フランシスコ）。

深い感謝のうちに
今日の終わりに、主が与えてくださったこの新しい機会に感謝しなさい。主の臨在の中で生きることができること、主の愛の中にとどまる機会が与えられていることに感謝しなさい。今日一日を通して、主の愛のすべてのしるしを認識しなさい。あなたが気を取られているときや孤独なときでさえ、主はあなたとともにおられたのだから。
イエスは福音書の中で、「もしあなたがたがわたしのうちにとどまり、わたしの言葉があなたがたのうちにとどまるなら、何でも願いなさい。主の臨在に気を配り、決して自己満足に陥らないよう、主にお願いしてください。修道者として生涯をささげた兄弟姉妹のためにも、これと同じ願いをしてください。

Abide in my love
Take a moment of silence and be ready to listen to the Lord today. Contiune to walk with the Lord and listen to His word that nourishes us.
At that time Jesus said to his disciples: “As the Father loves me, so I love you. Abide in my love” (Jn 15:9). Slowly repeat once again what Jesus says to you today: “As the Father loves me, so I love you. Abide in my love. Take a moment of silence and reflect on these words. Feel how these words slowly fall into your heart. It is a love that captivates, like a drop that soaks.
End by thanking the Lord for his words that nourish us. Offering all your prayers in communion with all the people in this worldwide network of prayer.

Abiding in His love
“As the Father loves me, so I love you. (Jn 15:9) Have you remained in his love? What actions or attitudes have you had this day in feeling loved by the Father?
Offer the rest of your day, so that those who are preparing for consecrated life may live their studies in a renewed and creative way, remaining in a love that is full of surprises and joy. “The time has now come for it to be consolidated and to impart to ecclesiastical studies that wise and courageous renewal demanded by the missionary transformation of a Church that “goes forth”” (Pope Francis).

With Jesus in the night
In deep gratitude
At the end of this day, be grateful for this new opportunity that the Lord gave you. Be thankful for being able to live in His presence, and for the opportunity to remain in His love. Recognize all the signs of His love throughout your day. For even in the moments you were distracted or alone, He was there with you.
Jesus tells us in the Gospel, “if you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you wish and it will be done” (John 15:8). Ask the Lord to remain attentive to His presence and to never to feel self-sufficient. Make this same request for your brothers and sisters who have given their lives as religious.
