Ý Cầu Nguyện Tháng 4： Cầu cho việc sử dụng các công nghệ mới
Chúng ta hãy cầu nguyện để việc sử dụng các công nghệ mới sẽ không thay thế các mối tương quan giữa con người, sẽ tôn trọng phẩm giá của con người và sẽ giúp chúng ta đối mặt với các cuộc khủng hoảng của thời đại chúng ta.

Hãy trỗi dậy!
Trong ánh bình minh của ngày đầu tháng Tư, con hướng lòng mình lên Chúa Giêsu.
Trong đoạn Tin Mừng hôm nay, Chúa Giêsu nói với người đàn ông đau ốm, anh nằm đấy vì chẳng có ai giúp đưa anh đến bên hồ nước chữa lành: “’Anh hãy trỗi dậy, vác chõng mà đi’ Người ấy liền được khỏi bệnh, vác chõng và đi được.” (Ga 5, 1-16)
Con tự vấn lòng mình: Điều gì đang làm cho con bị bại liệt? Con cần được giúp đỡ điều gì để có thể cất bước tới tự do? Lạy Chúa, xin hướng dẫn và bảo ban con trong suốt tháng mới này. Hiệp cùng Mạng Lưới Cầu Nguyện, con dâng ngày sống lên đến Chúa qua lời kinh.

🍵 Cùng Chúa Trong Ngày
Xin ban cho con lòng kiên nhẫn
Con dành vài phút thinh lặng giữa ngày để hướng về Chúa. Trong ngày đầu tháng, con hiệp cùng Đức Giáo Hoàng và các anh chị em trong Mạng Lưới Cầu Nguyện để cùng cầu nguyện cho việc sử dụng các công nghệ mới trong tinh thần trách nhiệm.
Con suy ngẫm về lời của ĐTC Phanxicô trong thông điệp Dilexit nos của ngài: “Chúng ta đang bị nhấn chìm trong xã hội của những người hăm hở tiêu thụ, ngày này qua ngày khác bị chi phối bởi nhịp sống hối hả và bị dội bom công nghệ, thiếu sự kiên nhẫn cần thiết để dấn mình vào những tiến trình mà bản chất của đời sống nội tâm đòi hỏi.” (Câu 9)
Trong tháng này, con quyết tâm rèn luyện tính nhẫn nại, dành thời gian cho đời sống nội tâm và mối tương quan sâu xa với Chúa.
Con xin dâng lời cầu nguyện theo ý của của tháng này.

Hồi tâm
Con gác lại mọi công việc để dành thời gian cho phút hồi tâm cuối ngày. Trong sự hiện diện của Chúa, con nhìn lại tất cả những gì mình đã trải qua hôm nay, những người con đã gặp gỡ, và cả những nơi con đã đến trong ngày.
Con cảm thấy ra sao? Điều gì còn đọng lại trong lòng con? Đâu là điều con khám phá ra được khi nhìn lại ngày sống?
Con dâng tất cả những điều đó lên Chúa, và thầm thì thưa chuyện với Ngài.
Lạy Cha chúng con...

Lạy Cha Nhân Lành,
con biết Cha luôn ở với con.

gần kề hơn Thánh Tâm của Con Cha, là Đức Giê-su,
Đấng đến và trao ban chính mình cho con trong Bí Tích Thánh Thể.
Xin Thánh Thần Chúa biến đổi con thành tông đồ của Cha,
sẵn sàng thi hành sứ mạng của lòng thương xót.
Con xin đặt vào tay Cha tất cả
niềm hy vọng và niềm vui,
cũng như những lao công và đau khổ của con,
trong sự hiệp thông với anh chị em
nơi mạng lưới cầu nguyện toàn cầu này.
Cùng với Mẹ Maria,
con xin dâng lên Cha ngày sống của con,
để phục vụ cho sứ mạng của Giáo Hội,
theo ý nguyện tháng này của Đức Thánh Cha,
và của Đức Giám Mục trong giáo phận chúng con.

Prayer for a Priest
Lord, who knows the depths of every human heart. Today I place before You a priest whom I dearly respect and love. You see the pressures he is facing, the burdens he carries quietly in his ministry, and the struggles that words cannot fully express.
Lord, please let him find rest in Your Sacred Heart. Lighten his spirit where it feels heavy, and grant him clarity in times of confusion, wisdom in discernment, and peace as he seeks the right path forward. Protect his heart from weariness and discouragement. Remind him that he is not alone, that he is held in Your loving care, and that there are souls who accompany him through prayer.
I surrender everything to Your love. Amen.🌸 🌸 🌸
The day entirely

Lord, today I offer this day entirely to You, for it has truly been a day filled with grace. Today I had a time of retreat that helped me discern my path, and I found my Eli, as Samuel did long ago. Through my spiritual director, You gently guided me and taught me how to pray with Your Word, so that I might learn to be silent and listen to Your voice.
Although I am still uncertain, still taking my first steps like a child in need of a mother’s guidance, Lord, if You will, please use me. Reveal Yourself to me and help me recognize Your voice amid the many sounds of life. Help me become an instrument of Your peace. And above all, not my will, but Your holy will be done. Amen.

Following the footsteps of Cardinal Nguyễn Văn Thuận, I, Maria Xuân, have been surrounded by the love of many people, and I long to share that love with everyone I meet. Lord, my God, whom I adore, I give thanks to You, for You have poured out Your abundant love upon me. I come to realize that through each person I encounter, Your love continues to flow into my life day by day. Inspired by the example of Cardinal Nguyễn Văn Thuận, I desire to love all people as You have loved me: a selfless and unconditional love, a love that knows only love and leaves no room for hatred. Lord, I offer myself entirely to You, as an instrument of Your love. Please accept me and use me according to Your will, so that through my life, Your name may be more greatly glorified. Amen.

A PRAYER OF GRATITUDE
Loving Father, on this first day that I chose to come to the convent, I came with a small and trembling heart, carrying only a simple desire: to listen to Your voice and to follow Your call, if You so choose.
Lord, through the warm smiles, gentle eyes, and loving presence of the Sisters, from the Assistant Superior to the Provincial Superior, I felt Your own love made visible. During the afternoon prayer, when the Sisters lifted their prayers for, my heart was deeply touched. I felt seen, honored, and truly cherished. I wept, overwhelmed by gratitude.
Thank You, Lord, for these quiet and tender graces, for reminding me that I do not walk this journey alone. Beloved Mother Mary, You who ponder all things in Your heart, please receive the simple offering of my soul today. Walk with me in this time of discernment. Teach me to listen, to trust, and to say “Yes” each day, even when the path ahead is still unclear. If You choose me, Lord, grant me a humble and courageous heart.
If You ask me to wait, grant me patience and deep peace. I place everything into Your loving hands and rest my heart in the gentle care of Mother Mary. Amen.Orsola – 20260101

The Last Day of 2025
Today, on the last day of 2025, I pause to look back at this year, the things I was able to do and the things I couldn’t.
First of all, I thank God, who guided me under the light of the Holy Bible and helped me choose the right paths. Even when I felt uncertain, His Word became my compass. There were moments when I felt nervous and anxious, unsure of myself and the future. Yet through it all, I learned to trust more, to pray more, and to grow little by little. Not everything turned out the way I hoped, but everything taught me something. I end this year with gratitude in my heart.
Secondly, I pray for the sisters and priests who have guided and supported me. May God strengthen them in their vocation, fill them with wisdom and compassion, and reward their faithful service.Thirdly, i pray for my family, for my parents, my brothers and sisters. May God keep them safe, grant them good health, peace of heart, and bless them with His love.
Last but not least, not everything turned out the way I hoped, but everything taught me something. I end this year with gratitude in my heart.
Mary, please keep me away from sin. Protect me in all that I do and watch over me always. Amen.
