God,
I know I have many things I’m concerned about. Every day, I start with nervousness and worry. Sometimes it feels like my heart wakes up before I do, already busy, already anxious.
But right now, I just want to pause, to breathe, to remember that You are with me.
That I don’t walk alone into this day. Please help me, Lord, to let go of the things I can’t control, to trust that even in my uncertainty. You are working, quietly and faithfully, giving me a calm heart, a clear mind, and the grace to be gentle with myself when I feel overwhelmed.
Be my strength when I am tired, my peace when I am afraid, and my light when the way feels unclear. I give You my day, just as it is. And I trust You to carry me through. Amen.
