Start your day with the Heart of Christ. What or who do you want to thank? He has a word for you today: “Stop judging, that you may not be judged. For as you judge, so will you be judged, and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you” (Mt 7:1-5). How do you look at your neighbor? Do you use the compassionate look of Jesus? Ask the Spirit to become aware of your judgments, and ask for today to look at others as God himself looks at them. This will be the best prayer to focus on this day with this month’s intention. Find a quiet place to rest from the business of your day. How do you react when others tell you things you don’t like? Pope Francis gives us a key to listening. It is better to “listen with the ears of the heart. Listening, deep down, is a dimension of love.” Have you ever thought of this? Savor these words to get everything out of them that you can. If you enter into your brother’s and sister’s heart with your listening, you will see how your relationships change for the better. Ask for this grace before continuing on today. (Team Argentina)

I place myself under the gaze of the Lord who continues to be with me. Tonight, I try to recognize the obstacles that prevent me from being fully myself, and I ask the Lord for the grace to free me from them and to forgive me. I want to be fully human, to be me. I thank you for your love and your mercy that accept and welcome my shortcomings and for your Love that embraces them. I make the resolution to use with my brothers and sisters the same measure of forgiveness and acceptance that the Lord uses with me. Hail Mary. (Team Italy)
