Be thankful for the day that God gives you. Jesus has left you these words to pray to the Father: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name” (Mt 6: 7-15). This prayer unites you with God and with others. It reveals to you the name of your neighbor as a child of God and a brother or sister of yours. Are you aware of this simple truth? Do you look at those around you in this way? Today, you can start. Knowing the name of those you see daily, you will be able to get acquainted with them in a warm and loving way. Offer your day for the end of torture in all its ways to come to an end. Our Father. (Team Argentina)

Rest from your activites with the Lord, and silence your inner worries. Read this text knowing it is food for the soul. “Before God we are not strangers, nor are we numbers. At the end of the day, I let these words resonate in my heart: “To pray is not a waste of words.” I think of a word to describe the desires in my heart for tomorrow, and I entrust it to the Lord who knows what we need.
